The enquiry form asks for the wedding date, approximate guest count, the type of help needed and the best time to call, plus a notes box for the city, venue, functions and budget. It arrives in your inbox so you can call back prepared.

Easy to keep up to date

Who it suits
Shubh Vivah is written for an Indian wedding planner or coordination studio, from a solo planner with a small team to a studio that handles destination weddings. It speaks to the couple and their family together, uses the language of the functions people actually plan (haldi, mehendi, sangeet, reception, vidaai), and stresses a written budget and shared vendor quotes rather than big promises.

What couples see on each page
The home page offers Plan my wedding and See packages, four service cards, a 'how we work' section on written plans and vendor quotes, three recent decor setups and the four steps from the first call to the wedding days. Services lists what is included in full planning, partial planning, day-of coordination and destination weddings in tabs, with a note that your planning fee is separate from vendor costs. Packages shows three indicative fee cards and how the fee is paid: a free first call, a written quote, a booking amount and the balance in agreed stages. Gallery shows mandaps, haldi and mehendi, sangeet and reception setups. Enquiry has the form and tips for the first call, and Contact has a map.

Wedding enquiries in your admin
Each enquiry is emailed to you and kept in the admin's Enquiries inbox with the type of help, the wedding date or rough date, the best time to call, the guest count and the couple's notes on city, venue, functions and budget. You can download the list as a CSV to track who to call back. In the admin you set the studio's name, logo, phone, WhatsApp, address, map, studio hours and social links once for every page. The floating WhatsApp button opens with a 'we are getting married' message, and visitors abroad can see your indicative fees in another currency at rates you enter, which helps with NRI families.

Setup, hosting and honest limits
The zip contains the HTML pages, stylesheet, script, photos, the PHP form handler and config.php, the admin panel, an .htaccess file, an installation guide and a README. It runs on any cPanel or shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later, with no database to create. It does not take booking amounts online, build budgets, keep guest lists, send invitations or RSVPs, manage vendors or share a client portal: those stay in your own spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. Replace the sample gallery with photos of weddings you planned, with the couples' permission.
