Appointment requests without a booking app
The booking page lets clients choose a service from your price list, a date and a time, and add notes like hair length or allergies. The request arrives in your inbox and you confirm by phone or WhatsApp, so your diary stays the one you already use.

Page by page
The home page leads with your hours, bridal trials and the products you use, shows hair, skin and bridal services with a starting price, explains your consultation-first approach and has a four-photo gallery and a testimonials block. Those testimonials are samples, marked in the code to be replaced with real client words or deleted. Services and prices has six tabs: all, hair, skin, nails, bridal and party, and spa, with a + next to prices that depend on hair length or design. Book has the appointment form and a before-your-visit list covering arrival time, patch tests for colour and cancelling. About introduces the team by role, your hygiene and product standards and gift vouchers, and Contact has your address, hours, a message form and a map. Every treatment and price in the demo is a sample.

The admin panel behind the counter
Open your-domain.com/admin/ and create your login. Each appointment request and contact message is saved in the Enquiries inbox and emailed to you, showing the service, date and time the client chose and any notes about allergies or hair history, so the front desk can call back in order and download the day's requests as a CSV. Set your salon name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number and its opening message, address, map, opening hours and weekly closed day, social links and colours, and they change on every page. Prices can be shown in more than one currency with rates you enter. The announcement bar is useful for festive offers or wedding-season slots, and you can add live chat, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, a cookie notice or maintenance mode. The price list and service text are edited in the HTML files.

What you download and how to set it up
The zip has the HTML pages, stylesheet, scripts and photos, the PHP form handler, config.php, the admin panel, a README and an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to cPanel or any shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later, create your admin login and paste your licence key to switch the forms on; one key covers up to three domains. A SQLite database is created on its own the first time the admin opens (PHP's pdo_sqlite, on by default on most hosts), and MySQL is optional. Email goes out with PHP mail() or your own SMTP server.

What it does not do
This is not a booking app. There is no live diary, stylist calendar, deposit or online payment, no gift vouchers sold online and no client login; a requested time is only confirmed when you call or message back. Forms take up to eight messages from one visitor in ten minutes, and a hidden field stops most spam bots.
