Refund Policy
We'd rather lose a sale than keep an unhappy customer's money. Every marketplace purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee — here's exactly how it works, with no fine-print traps.
1. The 14-day guarantee
If a product doesn't fit your needs, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full price — monthly, yearly or lifetime license alike. You don't have to prove anything; 'it's not what I needed' is a complete reason. We may ask what went wrong purely to improve the product.
2. How to request a refund
Email codecraftlko@gmail.com (or open a ticket via the Support page) with your order ID and the product name. That's it. Refund requests are processed within 2 business days, and the money returns by the method you paid with:
- Card/gateway payments — refunded to the original payment method; bank posting times apply (typically 5–10 business days).
- Bank transfers — refunded to the sending account.
- Crypto payments — refunded in the same currency to a wallet address you provide, at the exchange rate of the refund day.
3. What happens to the license
When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated and Pro features stop validating. The free core version keeps working — it's free for everyone, always.
4. Renewals
Subscription renewals are covered too: if a renewal charges and you didn't mean to continue, tell us within 14 days of the renewal date and we'll refund it. To avoid future renewals, cancel any time from My Account — the license stays active until its paid term ends.
5. What the guarantee doesn't cover
A few honest limits:
- Requests after the 14-day window (though talk to us anyway — we're reasonable, especially for accidental purchases).
- Licenses violating our terms — e.g. keys that were shared or resold.
- Agency service work — service refunds are governed by each project's proposal, since work delivered is work paid for.
- Serial refund abuse — buying, refunding and re-buying the same product repeatedly.
6. Pre-sale questions save everyone time
Not sure a product fits before buying? Every plugin has a free core, a live demo and a video walkthrough — and our support team answers pre-sale questions with the same priority as customer tickets. Ask first; we'll tell you honestly if a product isn't right for your use case.
Something here unclear?
We'd rather explain it than have you guess. Email us and a person — not a template — replies.
