Show every flavour, clearly

People deciding where to get dessert want to see flavours and prices on their phone. Scoop & Swirl puts your whole menu in tabs (classic scoops, desi favourites such as kulfi and falooda, sundaes, shakes and waffles), with single and double scoop prices side by side and an allergy note underneath.

  • Tabbed menu with five sections
  • Single / double prices in one column
  • Favourites cards on the home page
  • Allergy and eggless note you can edit

Take party orders

Birthdays and office parties are where an ice cream parlour makes bigger sales. The party page shows three packs (tubs, individual cups and a scooping counter) and a form that asks for the order type, the date and the time. Guests, flavours and the delivery address go in the notes, and the request lands in your inbox.

  • Three party packs as editable cards
  • Party order form with date and time
  • Steps explaining how ordering works
  • Advance-notice reminder

Visit info and franchise enquiries

The visit page covers opening hours, seating, parking and accessibility, and has an optional franchise section that invites enquiries without promising returns. Delete that section if you do not offer franchises.

  • Opening hours block
  • Seating and parking notes
  • Optional franchise enquiry section
  • IceCreamShop schema for Google

What it does not do

Scoop & Swirl does not take online payments, run a delivery cart or connect to food-delivery apps. Party orders arrive by email and you confirm by phone or WhatsApp. If you want customers to order and pay online, look at a shop template or ask about our Customised package.

  • Orders: by email and WhatsApp
  • Payments: at the counter or on delivery
  • Menu: edited in plain HTML

Who it is for

Scoop & Swirl is written for a single ice cream parlour, a kulfi and falooda shop, a gelato counter or a dessert café that wants a phone-friendly menu and a simple way to collect party orders. It also suits a small creamery that makes its own ice cream and wants to tell that story, and a growing brand that is starting to get franchise questions.

  • Ice cream parlours and creameries
  • Kulfi, falooda and desi dessert shops
  • Dessert cafés with shakes and waffles
  • Brands open to franchise enquiries

Every page and what a visitor does there

The home page leads with your promise and three quick facts, then four reasons to visit (made in-house, eggless, party orders, open late), three favourites cards with 'from' prices, a kitchen story, a party block and a late-night call-out. The flavours page is the tabbed price list with five sections, a GST line and an allergy note saying the kitchen handles milk, nuts, gluten and egg. The party page shows the three packs with sample prices, the order form and three steps from sending details to getting the order packed cold, with a reminder to order two days ahead, or five for a scooping counter. The visit page has opening hours, seating, parking and an access note, four small cards (seating, tasting spoons, a birthday corner, ordering ahead on WhatsApp) and the franchise section with three steps and a line saying no earnings are promised. An about page tells the parlour's story with a photo gallery, and contact has a map and a message form.

  • Home, Flavours, Party orders, Visit & franchise, About, Contact and 404
  • Allergy and GST lines you edit to your facts
  • FSSAI number placeholder in every footer
  • WhatsApp button with a flavour-enquiry message

Party orders in your inbox and admin

The party form asks for a name, phone, optional email, the kind of order (party tubs, individual cups, a kulfi sticks box, a scooping counter, a sundae bar for a kids' party, or a wedding or corporate event), a date, a time between noon and 10 pm, and notes for guests, flavours and the pickup or delivery address. Each order request is emailed to you and saved in the admin's Enquiries inbox, alongside franchise and contact messages, with a CSV download. In the admin at /admin/ you set the parlour name, logo, phone, WhatsApp, email, address, map, opening hours, social links and colours once, and they replace the demo details across the site. An announcement bar is handy for a new seasonal flavour or festival hours, and you can add live chat, Google Analytics, Tag Manager or the Meta Pixel without touching code.

  • Party orders by email and in the Enquiries inbox
  • Order type, date, time and notes in one message
  • Seasonal notices in the announcement bar
  • Spam trap on every form

What is in the zip and setup

The zip holds seven HTML pages, the stylesheet and JavaScript, the PHP form handler and admin panel, photos, an .htaccess file, a README and an installation guide. Upload it to public_html in cPanel, set your email in config.php, open /admin/ to create your login and paste your licence key to switch the forms on, then send a test party order. It runs on any shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later and needs no WordPress or database server. The README explains where each flavour, party pack and form option lives, how to remove the franchise section, and to take out the word 'eggless' everywhere if your recipes contain egg.

  • Plain HTML menu, one block per flavour
  • Franchise section easy to delete
  • Built-in SQLite, nothing to install
  • Optional setup on your hosting
