Show what you bake
People choosing a bakery want to see the cakes, know the price per kg and check whether eggless is available. Crumb & Co. shows your favourites on the home page, a clear menu in tabs, and a gallery page of your cakes, with an Order a cake button on every screen. The home page opens with eggless options, custom cakes, fresh daily baking and delivery, then favourites from cakes, pastries and breads and a reminder to order a cake two days ahead. The menu page has four tabs: cakes such as chocolate truffle, red velvet, rasmalai and photo cakes; pastries from chocolate pastry to tiramisu cups; breads including sourdough, multigrain and pav; and cookies from butter cookies to nankhatai and almond biscotti. The about page tells how the bakery started and covers a separate eggless area, a clean kitchen, made-to-order cakes and gift boxes for festivals and offices. Every item, price and kitchen practice in the demo is sample copy: keep only what is true for your bakery.

Take custom cake orders
The order form asks for the customer's name, phone and optional email, the cake type (grouped as birthday and everyday cakes, celebration cakes such as photo, theme, anniversary and tiered cakes, and party boxes of cupcakes, pastries or cookies), and a pickup or delivery date and time, with a notes box for flavour, weight, egg or eggless, the message on the cake and the delivery address. An Ordering a cake box sets out the notice you need for custom and tiered cakes, invites a reference photo on WhatsApp for theme cakes and says delivery charges are confirmed by you. The order arrives in your inbox and you confirm the design and price by phone or WhatsApp.

Easy to keep up to date
Menu items are plain HTML rows, so a new flavour or price change takes a minute in any text editor. Photos are replaced by file name, colours and fonts are set in one place, and Bakery schema, titles and descriptions are ready for Google.

Cake orders in your admin panel
Each custom cake order is saved in the Enquiries inbox at your-domain.com/admin/ with the cake type, date, time and notes, as well as emailed, so on a busy festival week you can check every order from one list and download it as a CSV for the kitchen. Contact messages arrive in the same inbox. In the admin you set the bakery name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number, address, map, shop hours and pickup hours, choose the currency your prices are written in, write the WhatsApp message customers start with, add live chat or analytics, and show an announcement bar for a Diwali gift-box offer or a closed day. Menu items and prices are edited in the HTML.

What you get and how to put it online
The zip contains six HTML pages and a 404 page, the stylesheet and scripts, the PHP form handler, the admin panel, bakery photos and an .htaccess file, with an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to any cPanel or shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later, set the email address for cake orders in config.php, create your admin login and paste the licence key from your order email on the Dashboard to switch the forms on. The key activates one live domain, and you can test on your own computer without it. SQLite is created automatically when pdo_sqlite is on, MySQL is optional, and email goes by PHP mail() or your own SMTP server.

What it does not do
Crumb & Co. takes order requests, not payments. There is no cart, online payment, advance collection, delivery-slot calendar or delivery tracking. You confirm each cake's design, price and advance with the customer yourself. If you want customers to pay online, a shop template or custom work is needed.
