Families and event managers compare caterers on menus and per-plate prices. Rasoi shows three starting packages as clear price cards, a tabbed sample menu of the dishes you cook, and a note that every package can be changed dish by dish.

Quote requests with the details you need
The quote form asks for the event type, event date, meal and number of guests, plus a notes box for the venue, veg and non-veg split, package and budget. The request arrives in your inbox and you reply with a menu and price.

What it does not do
Rasoi is your public website. It does not take bookings or advance payments online, calculate a final price from the guest count, or manage staff, stock or event schedules. You confirm every quote yourself by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Every page, and what a host does there
The home page leads with a Get a free quote button and four cards on separate veg and non-veg kitchens, live counters, full service and menu tasting, then the three per-plate packages, a short section on how and where the food is cooked and hygiene in the kitchen, a block of sample host quotes and a call to action. Menus & packages repeats the package cards with a note on what the per-plate price includes and when it applies, followed by the tabbed sample menu where each dish is marked veg or non-veg. Live counters shows three featured counters with photos and a tabbed price list of savoury, sweet and drinks counters, with the space and power each counter needs. Events covers weddings, corporate events, birthdays and pujas, each with three points (for example satvik menus for pujas or GST invoices for offices), four steps from first call to last plate and a photo gallery. The quote page holds the form beside a 'before you book' list and office hours. A contact page with a map and a 404 page complete the site.

Your admin panel, in catering terms
Quote requests arrive in your inbox with the event type, date, meal, guest count and the host's notes on venue, veg and non-veg split and budget, and each one is also saved in the admin's Enquiries inbox. That gives you one list of upcoming enquiries for the season, with a CSV download to plan tastings and follow-up calls. In /admin/ you set the business name, logo, phone, WhatsApp, email, office address, map, office hours and social links; switch on the WhatsApp button with a 'catering quote' message; add live chat or Google Analytics; and use the announcement bar to say which wedding dates are still open.

What you receive and what you need
The zip has the home, menus and packages, live counters, events, quote, contact and 404 pages, the stylesheet and script, the PHP form handler, config.php, the admin panel, sample photos, an .htaccess file, a README that explains where the package cards and tabbed lists live, and the installation guide. You need any cPanel or shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later and a domain. Edit the prices and dishes in both index.html and packages.html, and replace the sample host quotes on the home page with real feedback from your clients, or remove them.
