Rates are marked as indicative and explained clearly: the final price follows a site visit and written quote. Each rate is a plain HTML row, so changing it takes a minute in any text editor. No paint brand names are used, so you can add the ranges you work with.

The home page shows interior painting, exterior painting, texture walls and waterproofing, a section on why preparation comes before paint, the jobs you do most often and the four steps from free site visit to written quote, prep and paint and the final walk-through. The services page covers interior, exterior, texture and design walls, waterproofing, offices and shops, and wood polish and enamel, then explains what happens on site: cover and protect, repair and prepare, prime and paint, clean and hand over. The rates page puts indicative rates in tabs: interior (fresh paint, repaint in the same colour family, repaint with a colour change, ceilings), exterior (repaint, new exterior, boundary and gate), texture and design (feature walls, stencils, wood polish, metal enamel) and waterproofing (terrace coating, bathrooms, exterior damp-proofing and leak inspection). Below them, four points explain measuring on site, no hidden extras, a clear timeline and one supervisor. The colour page offers colour help with every site visit and practical tips for north-facing rooms, small rooms, feature walls, finishes and exteriors.

What the site-visit form collects
A homeowner gives a name, phone number and optional email, then picks the job from three groups: homes (interior, exterior, full house, texture or design wall), repairs (terrace or roof waterproofing, bathroom waterproofing, damp walls and seepage) and business (office or shop painting, wood polish or metal enamel). They choose a preferred visit date and a two-hour slot, enter the site address and add notes such as home size, rooms to paint, damp or leaking areas and a preferred start date. The form states that the visit and quote are free and that no payment is taken.

The admin panel for your office
Open your-domain.com/admin/, create your login and fill in the business name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number, email, address, map and working hours once; every page picks them up. Site-visit requests and contact messages are emailed to you and kept in the Enquiries inbox, so whoever schedules visits can work from one list and export it to CSV. You can switch on the WhatsApp button, live chat, Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel for your ads, and an announcement bar for a seasonal offer or a monsoon waterproofing reminder. Rates and service text are edited in the HTML files.

What you download and where it runs
The zip contains the seven HTML pages, CSS, JavaScript, the PHP form handler and admin, the photos, an .htaccess file, a README and an illustrated installation guide. It runs on any cPanel or shared host with PHP 7.4 or later, using a built-in SQLite database with nothing to configure. Set the receiving email in config.php, paste your licence key, then book a test visit.

Limits to know about
Rangrez does not calculate an area or a quote, take advance payments, issue invoices, schedule painters or show job progress to customers. The home page has three sample reviews and the rates are demo figures: replace them with your own, or delete the reviews, before going live.
