Turn visitors into booked visits
The booking form asks for the job, a date and a time slot, with a notes box for the address and a short description of the problem. The request is emailed to you and saved in the admin, and you confirm by phone or WhatsApp. Beside the form, a short list asks for a full address and landmark, a photo of the problem on WhatsApp, the AC type and tonnage, or the home size for deep cleaning.

Works for one trade or many
Run it as a plumbing-only or AC-only site by deleting the other tabs, or keep all four. Rates are plain HTML rows, service areas are four simple cards, and HomeAndConstructionBusiness schema, titles and descriptions are ready for Google.

What each page does
The home page shows your four trades, explains that the technician quotes labour and parts before starting and that a customer who says no pays only the visiting charge, and highlights popular jobs such as AC service, fan installation and kitchen deep cleaning, with sample customer comments to replace. The rate card covers plumbing (tap repair, leaks, blockages, geyser installation, tank cleaning), electrical (switches, fans, light fittings, MCB trips, inverters), AC (service, gas refill, installation and uninstallation) and cleaning (1 and 2 BHK deep cleaning, kitchen, bathroom and sofa shampoo). The how-it-works page sets out four steps, from booking a slot to paying after the job, and your visit rules: visiting charge adjusted in the bill, parts at printed price, clean-up after each job, a re-visit on your labour if the same fault returns, and large jobs inspected and quoted separately. The about page lists localities in four zones. Every rate and rule in the demo is a sample to change to your own.

Your admin panel, for the job desk
Booking requests land in the Enquiries inbox at /admin/ with the job, date, slot and the customer's notes, so whoever takes calls can work down the list and download it as a CSV to share the day's visits with technicians. In the admin you set the business name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number and the message it starts with, email, address, map, working hours and social links. You can turn on live chat, Google Analytics or Tag Manager for your local ads, an announcement bar for summer AC-service offers and the currency of your rates. Rates, trades and localities are edited in the HTML files.

Setup, hosting and limits
The zip holds the pages, stylesheet, scripts, photos, PHP form handler, admin and an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to cPanel, create your login and paste your licence key to switch the forms on; the key activates one live domain, and you can try the site on your own computer without one. It needs PHP 7.4 or later, sets up its own SQLite database (MySQL is optional) and sends mail by PHP mail() or SMTP. It does not block booked slots, dispatch technicians, raise bills or take payment online: customers pay after the job, as the demo says.
