The quote form asks for the type of move, the current address, a survey date and time, and a message box for the from and to cities, floors and heavy items. The request arrives in your inbox and you confirm the survey by phone or WhatsApp.

What each page does
The home page leads with Book a free survey and See indicative rates, and points out the free survey at home or on video, the written quote before booking and closed trucks. The services page has its own section for household moves, local and intercity, office and shop relocation, car and bike transport, and storage by the month. The rates page has a table of price ranges by home size and distance band, from within the city up to long intercity moves, then tabs for vehicle transport, storage and add-ons such as wooden crates for fragile items, AC uninstall and reinstall, TV and appliance packing and optional transit insurance quoted separately, plus a section on the packing materials you use. The how-it-works page explains the four steps (survey, written quote, packing and loading, delivery and unpacking) and lists the things a customer should keep with them on moving day. The contact page has your address, a map and a message form.

The survey request, field by field
The customer gives a name and phone number, an optional email, what they are moving (from a few items or a 1 RK home up to a villa, a small or larger office, a bike, a car, storage only or a move with storage), an optional current address for the survey, a survey date and a two-hour time window. A details box asks for the from and to localities, both floors, whether there is a lift and any heavy or fragile items. The form explains that the date is for the survey visit or a video survey, that the written quote follows, and that no payment is taken online.

Your admin panel for the booking desk
Create your login at your-domain.com/admin/ and set the company name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number, email, office address, map and office hours; they replace the demo details on every page. Each survey request and contact message is emailed to you and saved in the Enquiries inbox, where your coordinator can see the requested survey slots and download everything as a CSV. Turn on the floating WhatsApp button with your own opening message, add live chat or Google Analytics, or put a short notice in the announcement bar during the busy season. Prices, services and the rates table are edited in the HTML files.

Files, setup and hosting
The zip holds the seven HTML pages, CSS, JavaScript, the PHP form handler and admin, the photos, an .htaccess file, a README and an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to any cPanel or shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later, create a mailbox, set the receiving address in config.php, paste your licence key and book a test survey. The built-in SQLite database needs no setup.

What it does not do
SafeShift is a marketing and enquiry website. It does not work out a price from the form, take advance payments, issue bills or lorry receipts, track a truck or give customers a login. Any WhatsApp updates on moving day are sent by your team. The rates and the three home-page reviews are demo content: replace them with your own, or delete the reviews, before launch.
