Booking requests for clinic and online
The form asks for the plan and whether the consultation is online or at the clinic, a date and a time, with notes about goals and health conditions. The request is emailed to you; you confirm by phone or WhatsApp and send a video call link for online sessions.

Careful wording for a health service
The demo makes no weight-loss guarantees, shows no testimonials or before/after photos, and says that plans work alongside a doctor's treatment. A notice says the information is general and not medical advice and that no particular result is promised.

The home page opens with a promise built around home-cooked food, six areas you help with (healthy weight, diabetes and thyroid, PCOS and women's health, pregnancy and new mothers, children and teens, sports and fitness), your approach and three steps to get started. The plans page shows a single consultation, a one-month plan and a three-month plan, each with what is included and an indicative fee, plus family, child and follow-up consultations and a plain list of what is not included, such as supplements or changes to medicines. The how-it-works page walks through the food diary, the consultation, the written plan and weekly check-ins, lists what a meal plan contains and answers six common questions. The online and clinic page compares the two ways to consult and carries your profile, qualifications, hours and clinic address.

Your admin panel for a nutrition practice
In /admin/ you set your practice name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number, email, clinic address, map, consulting hours and social links once, and they replace the demo details on every page. Each consultation request arrives by email and is also saved in the Enquiries inbox with a CSV download, so you can see at a glance who asked for a clinic visit and who wants an online call. You can switch on the floating WhatsApp button, since many clients send reports that way, add Tawk.to, Crisp or Tidio live chat, connect Google Analytics 4 or the Meta Pixel, and show an announcement bar for a festival-week plan or a clinic holiday.

What is in the zip and what it does not do
The zip holds six HTML pages plus a 404 page, CSS, JavaScript, the PHP form handler and admin core, the demo photos, an .htaccess file, a README and an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to any cPanel host with PHP 7.4 or later, create your admin login, paste your licence key and send a test request. SQLite is built in, so there is no database to set up. The site does not create meal plans, run video calls, collect fees or keep client health files: you consult and keep records in your own way.
