Everything a new member wants to know
People looking for a gym ask the same questions: what equipment do you have, what classes run and when, how much is membership, and can I try it first. Forge answers each on its own page, with a clear call to book a free trial on every screen.
- Home page with facilities and coaching
- Weekly class timetable
- Membership plans with prices
- Trainers page and contact page with map
Turn visitors into trial bookings
The free-trial form asks what the visitor wants to try, a date and a time, and any goals or injuries. The request is emailed to you and saved in the admin, and you confirm by phone or WhatsApp. The trial page tells the visitor what to expect: a tour and chat about goals, a first workout matched to their level, and a simple plan to take away, with no obligation to join. WhatsApp and click-to-call buttons are on every page for people who prefer to ask first.
- Free-trial booking form
- Class or gym choice
- Notes for goals and injuries
- Spam trap and input checks
Easy to keep up to date
The timetable is a plain HTML table and the plans are simple cards, so changing a class time or a price takes a minute in any text editor. Colours and fonts are set in one place, and ExerciseGym schema, titles and descriptions are ready for Google.
- Timetable as a simple table
- Plans as editable cards
- ExerciseGym schema markup
- Colours and fonts in one CSS block
Page by page
The home page introduces the strength floor, group classes, personal training and a beginner-friendly welcome, makes the point that coaches stay on the floor with members, previews HIIT and bootcamp, yoga and mobility and boxing, and ends with sample member comments (marked in the code for you to replace) and a free-trial call. The classes page has a weekly timetable and short descriptions of Strength Basics, HIIT and Bootcamp, Yoga and Mobility, Boxing, Zumba and personal training. The membership page shows Monthly, Quarterly and Annual plan cards with what each includes, such as progress checks, personal training sessions and a membership freeze on the annual plan, plus a note on personal training packs and a student discount. The trainers page describes your coaching team, and the contact page has a message form, a map and opening hours. Every price and plan detail in the demo is a sample for you to change.
- Home, classes, membership, trainers, free trial and contact pages
- Six class types with descriptions
- Three plan cards with a highlighted best-value plan
- Friendly 404 page
Your admin panel, for the front desk
Free-trial requests arrive in the Enquiries inbox at /admin/ with what the visitor wants to try and the date and time they picked, next to every contact message. Your front desk can work through the list each morning and download it as a CSV to follow up people who did not show. In the admin you set the gym name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number and its opening message, email, address, map, opening hours and social links, and they update on every page. Add live chat, Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel for your Instagram ads, an announcement bar for a new-year offer or a holiday closure, and the currency your membership prices are shown in. Class times and plan prices are edited in the HTML files.
- Trial requests and messages in one inbox
- CSV download for trial follow-ups
- Announcement bar for offers or closures
- Meta Pixel and Analytics switches
What is in the zip and how it runs
The download includes the HTML pages, stylesheet, scripts, photos, the PHP form handler, the admin folder and an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to cPanel, open /admin/ to create your login (a live domain asks for the one-time setup code in data/setup-code.txt) and paste your licence key on the Dashboard to switch the forms on; the key activates one live domain, and you can try the site on your own computer without one. It needs PHP 7.4 or later. Its SQLite database is created on first run through PHP's pdo_sqlite extension, MySQL is optional, and mail goes out through PHP mail() or your own SMTP server.
- Plain HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
- No WordPress or page builder
- SQLite built in, MySQL optional
- Licence key activates the forms
What it does not do
Forge is your gym's public website, not gym management software. It has no member logins, online membership payments, class bookings with seat limits, attendance check-in or renewal reminders, and the trial form does not check whether a slot is already taken. Spam is held back by a hidden trap field and a limit on repeat messages from one visitor.
- No online payments or memberships sold online
- No class seat booking or check-in
- No member accounts
- Payments or member features can be added as custom work
