What parents and dancers ask first

Before joining a dance class people want to know which styles you teach, which batch fits their age and day, what it costs and what students get to perform. Natya answers each on its own page, with an Admission button on every screen.

  • Home page with styles, show and studio features
  • Style cards with age groups and levels
  • Batch timetable with fees in one table
  • Annual show gallery and contact page with map

From visitor to admission

The admission form asks for the style and batch, a date and a time for a free trial class, plus notes for the dancer's name, age and experience. The enquiry lands in your inbox and you confirm by phone or WhatsApp.

  • Admission enquiry and free trial form
  • Batches grouped as classical, modern and others
  • Notes for age and previous training
  • Spam trap and input checks

Show off your stage work

The gallery page gives your annual show and recitals the space they deserve, with a large photo grid and short notes about the show, recitals and costumes. Swap in your own photos by file name, with parents' permission for any child in the picture.

  • Large show photo grid
  • Notes on recitals and costumes
  • Replace photos by file name
  • Guide reminds you to get parental permission

Easy to keep up to date

Batches and fees are one simple table and styles are cards listed once in the site file, so a new batch takes a minute in any text editor. EducationalOrganization schema, titles and descriptions are ready for Google.

  • Batches and fees as a plain HTML table
  • Styles as editable cards
  • EducationalOrganization schema markup
  • Colours and fonts in one CSS block

Page by page

The home page opens with a free trial class button and four reasons to join: classical roots, small batches, stage confidence and a safe studio. It previews three styles, describes the annual show and ends with a word from families. The styles page has a card for each of the six demo styles with its age group and level, and a four-step path from trial class to performance and optional graded assessment. The timetable page is one table of batches with days, timing and monthly fee, followed by notes on the admission fee, costume costs and sibling discounts that you rewrite to match your own terms. The gallery page covers the annual show, studio recitals and costumes, and the contact page gives your address, phone, WhatsApp, email, studio hours and a message form.

  • Home, styles, timetable, gallery, admission and contact pages
  • Six demo styles from Little Feet to sangeet choreography
  • Three-step admission explained on the form page
  • Friendly 404 page

Your admin panel, from the studio desk

In /admin/ you set your academy name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number, email, address, map, studio hours and social links, and they replace the demo details on every page. Trial class requests and contact messages are emailed to you and also kept in the Enquiries inbox with a CSV download, which makes it easy to call back everyone who asked about the new Bollywood batch. You can show an announcement bar for summer workshops or admissions for the annual show, switch on the floating WhatsApp button with your own message, add Tawk.to, Crisp or Tidio live chat, and connect Google Analytics 4 or the Meta Pixel.

  • Trial requests in the Enquiries inbox
  • Announcement bar for workshops and admissions
  • WhatsApp button with your own message
  • SMTP email settings

What is in the zip and what it does not do

The zip holds six HTML pages plus a 404 page, CSS, JavaScript, the PHP form handler and admin core, the demo photos, an .htaccess file, a README and an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to any cPanel host with PHP 7.4 or later, create your admin login, paste your licence key and send a test trial request. SQLite is built in, so there is no database to set up. The site does not collect monthly fees, keep a student register, mark attendance or sell annual show tickets; it is your public face and admission desk online.

  • No online fee collection
  • No student register or attendance
  • No show ticketing
