What new students want to know
People looking for a yoga class check three things: when classes run, what they cost and whether a beginner will feel welcome. Prana answers each on its own page, with a Book a trial class button on every screen.
- Home page with class styles and how you teach
- Seven-day schedule with a row per time slot
- Membership plans, drop-in and private session prices
- Teacher cards and a contact page with map
From visitor to trial class
The trial form asks for the class, a date and a time, plus a notes box for experience, injuries or pregnancy. The request lands in your inbox and you confirm by phone or WhatsApp.
- Trial class booking form
- Classes grouped by type
- Notes for experience and health
- Spam trap and input checks
Responsible by default
Short notices on the schedule and booking pages say that classes are a general fitness practice, not medical treatment, and ask students with health conditions to check with a doctor first. The copy makes no cure or treatment claims.
- Health notice on the schedule page
- General-information notice on the booking page
- No cure or therapy claims in the demo text
- Guide reminds you to keep claims modest
Easy to keep up to date
The schedule is a simple table with one row per time slot, plans are three cards and teachers are three cards, so a timetable change takes a minute in any text editor. ExerciseGym schema, titles and descriptions are ready for Google.
- Schedule as a plain HTML table
- Plans and teachers as editable cards
- ExerciseGym schema markup
- Colours and fonts in one CSS block
Page by page
The home page invites people to unroll a mat, with buttons for a free trial and the schedule, four cards on levels, class size, early and late timings and the space, a short 'how we teach' section and three class cards. The schedule page is a Monday-to-Sunday timetable with a row for each time slot, then a card for each style: hatha, vinyasa, beginners, gentle, yin, and pranayama and meditation, so a newcomer can tell a calm class from a flowing one. Memberships shows an 8-class pass, a monthly unlimited and a quarterly plan, a line for drop-in and private session prices, and four steps for a first visit. Teachers has a photo card for each teacher with their styles and a short note on how the studio teaches. The trial page holds the booking form beside a 'what to bring' list. The contact page has the address, map and a message form, and there is a 404 page.
- Timetable with five daily slots to edit
- Six style descriptions
- Plans, drop-in and private session prices
- What to bring before a first class
Trial requests in your admin
The trial form sends the student's name, phone, optional email, chosen class (grouped into classes, breath and meditation, and a paid private session), the date, the class time and their notes on experience, injuries or pregnancy. Each request is emailed to you and saved in the admin's Enquiries inbox next to contact-page messages, so the person who confirms mats for the morning batch can work from one list and download it as a CSV. In the admin you also set the studio's name, logo, phone, WhatsApp, address, map, opening hours and social links; switch on the WhatsApp button with a message such as asking for a trial class; and use the announcement bar for a new batch, a workshop or a holiday closure.
- Class, date, time and health notes in each request
- Enquiries inbox with CSV download
- Opening hours and map set once
- Announcement bar for workshops and closures
What you receive and what you need
The zip has the home, schedule, memberships, teachers, trial, contact and 404 pages, the stylesheet and script, the PHP form handler, config.php, the admin panel, sample photos, an .htaccess file and a README listing every file. Hosting is any cPanel or shared plan with PHP 7.4 or later; there is no WordPress, and the built-in SQLite database needs no setup. After upload you set your email in config.php, create your admin login, paste your licence key and send a test trial request.
- Plain HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
- Works on shared hosting
- Illustrated installation guide included
Honest limits
Prices on the memberships page are information only: nobody pays or buys a pass online, and there is no class-pack balance, waitlist, attendance register or member login. The trial form does not check how many mats are free; you confirm each place yourself. Replace the sample teachers, their training details and the sample prices with your own before you go live.
- No online payment or pass tracking
- No live seat count
- Sample teachers and prices to replace
