The pickup form asks for the service, a pickup date and two-hour slot, and the full pickup address, plus notes for quantity, stains or express delivery. It arrives in your inbox and you confirm by phone or WhatsApp.

Rates are plain HTML rows and turnaround times a simple table, so a change takes a minute in any text editor. Colours and fonts are set in one place, and laundry schema, titles and descriptions are ready for Google.

Who it is for
FreshFold suits a neighbourhood laundry, a dry cleaner with a counter, an ironing service or a laundry that works mostly by doorstep pickup. The demo copy is written for a store that collects clothes, counts and tags them at the door and brings them back in a two-hour slot, but every line is plain text you can rewrite for a drop-off-only counter or a hotel and hostel service.

What each page does
The home page explains the four services, how orders are sorted and tagged, the most popular rates and the four steps of a pickup, from booking a slot to payment on delivery. The services page is a rate list in tabs: by weight, ironing, dry cleaning and home items, with a note that items marked + are starting prices quoted after inspection. The pickup page has the turnaround table with standard and express times and charges, plus your delivery area, pickup charges and the free-delivery threshold. The about page describes the store, its equipment and care habits, and the booking page lists what customers should do before you arrive, such as emptying pockets and pointing out stains.

Your admin panel, for a laundry
In /admin/ you set the store name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number, address, map and opening hours once, and they update on every page. Each pickup request, with its date, slot and address, is saved in the Enquiries inbox as well as emailed, so whoever plans the day's pickup route can read the list and download it as a CSV. The announcement bar is useful for festival closures or a seasonal offer on blankets and curtains, and the WhatsApp button lets customers send a photo of a stain before booking. You can also switch on live chat, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel, a cookie notice and maintenance mode.

What is in the zip, and the limits
You get the HTML pages, stylesheet, scripts, the PHP form handler and admin, the photos, an .htaccess file, a README and an illustrated installation guide. It needs cPanel or shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later; settings are kept in SQLite, created automatically, with MySQL optional. Paste your licence key in the admin to switch the forms on. The site does not take payment: the demo says customers pay on delivery by cash or UPI. It has no order tracking, garment tagging, billing or route planning, so keep using your counter software for those.
