Prices parents understand at a glance

The entry price table lists each ticket with its age range and a weekday and weekend price per child, with notes on grip socks and accompanying adults underneath. Add-ons, visit passes and the parents' café menu sit in tabbed price lists below.

  • Five sample tickets
  • Weekday and weekend columns
  • Add-ons and passes
  • Parents' café menu

Birthday parties that sell themselves

Three party package cards show the number of children, length, price and what is included, followed by four booking steps and practical party details. The party form asks for the package, date, start time and number of children, plus the birthday child's age, theme and any allergies.

  • Three party packages
  • Steps from request to party day
  • Allergy and theme notes
  • Package summary beside the form

Safety rules parents can read before they come

A safety page sets out adult supervision, age zones, grip socks, trampoline rules, cleaning, first aid and what is not allowed in the play areas, without promising that play is risk-free. The play areas page gives an age range for every zone.

  • Six safety rule cards
  • Do-not list
  • Medical and allergy notice
  • Age range for each zone

The site, page by page

The home page shows the four big draws (trampolines, soft play, the toddler corner and birthday parties), a party teaser, and three quick-information cards for opening hours, how to find you and what to bring, before a final call to plan a play day. The play areas page describes five zones, trampoline lanes, a soft play frame, a ball pool, a toddler corner and a climbing wall, plus the parents' café, and four reassurance points: padded surfaces, daily cleaning, staff on the floor and air conditioning. The prices page adds tips on the quietest times, the one-adult-per-child rule and busy days. The parties page lays out the Little, Jumbo and Mega packages, the four steps from request to party day (send a request, we call you, pay the advance, party day) and the practical details. The party booking page repeats the key points at a glance beside the form, and the contact page has your address, phone, map and a message form.

  • Home, play areas, prices, parties, party booking, safety and contact pages
  • Party form also takes school and group visits
  • A "not sure yet" option for undecided parents
  • Party start times through the day and evening

Your admin panel, set up for a play centre

Open your-domain.com/admin/ and enter the centre name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number, email, address with map, opening hours and social links; they replace the demo details everywhere. Party requests arrive by email and are also saved in the Enquiries inbox with the package, date, start time, number of children and the notes on age, theme and allergies, so the party host can plan the week and download it as a CSV. Show a holiday-hours or summer-pass notice in the announcement bar, add the floating WhatsApp button or live chat for quick questions, connect Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel for local ads, and switch on maintenance mode if you are closed for a refit.

  • Party requests kept in the Enquiries inbox
  • Announcement bar for holiday hours and offers
  • WhatsApp button and live chat
  • SMTP email if PHP mail() is unreliable

What is in the zip, and what it does not do

You get the HTML pages, CSS, JavaScript, the PHP form handler and admin, demo photos and an .htaccess file, with an illustrated installation guide. It runs on any cPanel host with PHP 7.4 or later; the admin's SQLite database creates itself on first run. Prices, zones and packages are edited in the HTML. JumpJoy sells no tickets or passes online, shows no live slot availability, does not take the party advance and has no waiver or check-in system. Replace the sample parent reviews on the home page with real ones or remove them.

  • Plain HTML, CSS and PHP, no WordPress
  • No online tickets, slots or payments
  • Sample reviews to replace
