Clinic and optical counter on one site

Most eye clinics in India also sell glasses, and patients want to know both what an eye test costs and roughly what frames and lenses cost. Drishti gives each its own page, with a clear Book an eye test button on every screen.

  • Eye tests, contact lens fitting and children's eye checks
  • Consultation fees in a simple list
  • Tabbed optical price list with starting prices
  • Doctors and a weekly timetable

Appointment requests, not a booking system

The appointment form asks for a service or doctor, a date and a time, with optional notes. The request is emailed to you, also saved in the admin's Enquiries inbox, and your front desk confirms by phone or WhatsApp. The form says clearly that it is a request and should not be used in an eye emergency.

  • Service or doctor choice
  • Date and time slots
  • Spam trap and input checks
  • Requests kept in your password-protected admin, not on public pages

Careful wording for an eye clinic

The demo has no patient testimonials and makes no promises about results. Notices say the information is general and not medical advice, and list the eye symptoms that need urgent hospital care. The services page says plainly that the clinic does not perform surgery and refers patients when needed.

  • No testimonials or result claims
  • Not-medical-advice notice
  • Eye emergency notice with 112
  • MedicalClinic schema markup

What patients find on each page

The home page covers eye tests, contact lenses, children's eyes and the optical counter, explains the three steps of requesting a time, getting a confirmation and the visit itself, and shows clinic hours, where to find you and the eye emergency notice. The services page lists six services, from a comprehensive eye test and contact lens fitting to a retina check and screen-time and dry-eye advice, with a consultation fee list and what to bring: current glasses, old prescriptions, a list of medicines and someone to drive if drops are used. The optical page groups frames, lenses, contact lenses and repairs with starting prices, such as progressive lenses, toric contacts and a nose-pad change. The doctors page has three sample team members and a weekly timetable of who is in on each day. The appointment page adds before-your-visit tips, and the contact page has a message form, map and hours. All names and prices in the demo are samples.

  • Home, services, optical, doctors, appointment and contact pages
  • Weekly timetable of who is in when
  • What-to-bring and before-your-visit lists
  • Starting prices you replace with your own

Your admin panel, for the front desk

Appointment requests and contact messages arrive in the Enquiries inbox at /admin/, each with the service or doctor, date and time the patient chose, so the front desk can work through the day's calls from one list and download it as a CSV. The admin sits behind a login with hashed passwords and a lock-out after repeated failed attempts. There you set the clinic name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number and its greeting, email, address, map pin, opening hours and social links, and they replace the demo details everywhere. You can also add live chat, Google Analytics, an announcement bar for holiday closures, a cookie notice and the currency your fees are shown in. Doctor profiles, the timetable and the price lists are edited in the HTML files.

  • One inbox for appointment and contact requests
  • CSV download for your front-desk records
  • Hours, map and WhatsApp set in the admin
  • Announcement bar for closures or camps

Setup, hosting and what it leaves out

The zip has the HTML pages, stylesheet, scripts, photos, the PHP form handler, the admin and an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to cPanel, create your admin login at /admin/ and paste your licence key to switch the forms on; one key covers up to three domains. It runs on PHP 7.4 or later, sets up its own SQLite database (MySQL is optional) and sends mail by PHP mail() or SMTP. It is not clinic software: no patient records, prescriptions, billing, online payments, frame shop or slot calendar, so two patients can ask for the same time until you reply.

  • Plain HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
  • SQLite built in, nothing to install
  • No online payments or e-commerce
  • No electronic medical records
