Consultations straight to your inbox
The consultation form asks for a topic, a date and a time, plus a notes box for website links and budget. The request is emailed to you and also saved in the admin, and you confirm the call. It does not sync with a calendar or take a deposit.

Page by page
The home page opens with a bold headline and your four services (SEO, social media, paid ads and websites), then a short note on how you work, three sample project cards and a four-step process from free consultation to audit and proposal, monthly sprints and a plain monthly report. The services page gives each of the four its own block, explaining what is included, followed by extras such as content writing, email marketing, analytics setup and brand basics. The work page holds six sample project cards, from social content for a café to a lead campaign for a builder. The pricing page shows Starter, Growth and Scale plans as starting prices, one-off prices for websites, SEO, ads and content work, and three answers on contracts, account ownership and results. The consultation page lists what happens in the call and who the visitor will speak to, and the contact page has a short message form, a map and your hours.

Your admin panel, for an agency
Every consultation request and contact message lands in the Enquiries inbox at your-domain.com/admin/, with the topic, date and time the prospect picked, and you can download the list as a CSV to move leads into your CRM or a spreadsheet. The same screen shows whether the email copy went out. In the admin you set the agency name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number and its opening message, email, office address, map, hours and social links, and they replace the demo details on every page. Add a Tawk.to, Crisp or Tidio chat widget, connect Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager or the Meta Pixel so your own site shows the tracking you set up for clients, and choose the currency your plan prices are written in, with extra currencies for clients abroad. Plan names, prices and case-study text are edited in the HTML files.

What is in the zip and how it goes live
The download holds the HTML pages, the stylesheet and scripts, photos, the PHP form handler, the admin folder and an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to public_html in cPanel, extract it, open /admin/ to create your login (a live domain asks for the one-time setup code in data/setup-code.txt) and paste your licence key on the Dashboard to switch the forms on. The key activates the live site's domain, and a copy on your own computer runs without a key. It needs PHP 7.4 or later. The database is SQLite, created by itself on first run through PHP's pdo_sqlite extension, and MySQL is optional. Email goes out through PHP mail() or your own SMTP server.

What it does not do
PixelPulse is a marketing site for your agency, not agency software. There is no client login, proposal tool, invoicing, online payment or report dashboard, and the consultation form does not check your calendar, so two people can ask for the same slot until you reply. Spam is filtered with a hidden trap field and a limit on how many messages one visitor can send in ten minutes. The plans, prices and projects are samples to replace with your own.
