What buyers want to know first

Someone looking for CCTV wants to know what you install for their kind of site, roughly what a kit costs and who maintains it later. SecureView covers solutions by site type, three packages with clear inclusions, an add-ons table and AMC plans, with a Book a site survey button on every screen. The home page splits your work into homes, shops, offices and societies and explains that a camera plan comes before any quote. The solutions page goes deeper into home security, retail CCTV, office systems and society and gate coverage.

  • Solutions for homes, shops, offices and societies
  • Package cards with inclusions
  • Add-ons table and installation steps
  • AMC plans and repair details

Packages, add-ons and AMC laid out plainly

The packages page shows three sample kits (Home 2, Home & Shop 4 and Business 8), each listing cameras, recorder channels, hard disk size, cabling length and app setup, with a note that the final price follows the site survey and that recording days depend on cameras, resolution and disk size. An add-ons table covers extra cameras, video door phones, Wi-Fi cameras, intrusion alarms and monitors, and a four-step outline runs from survey to written quote, installation and handover. The AMC page offers Basic, Standard and Society plans with visit counts and repair response times, explains that parts are charged separately, and has a repair section that invites customers to send a photo or video on WhatsApp first. Every price and response time in the demo is a sample to replace with your own.

  • Three package cards with full inclusions
  • Add-ons table with indicative prices
  • Three AMC plans and a repair visit charge
  • Survey, quote, install and handover steps

Turn visitors into site surveys

The survey form asks for the customer's name, phone and optional email, where they need cameras (independent house, flat, shop, office, warehouse, residential society, AMC or repair of an existing system, or a door phone or alarm only), the site address, a survey date and a two-hour time window, with a message box for the areas to cover and existing equipment. Beside it, an About the survey box says the visit is free with no obligation and asks societies to have a committee contact present. The request arrives in your inbox and you confirm the visit by phone or WhatsApp. The contact page adds a general message form and a map.

  • Site type grouped by home, business and society
  • Site address field
  • Survey date and time
  • Spam trap and input checks

Easy to keep up to date

Packages and AMC plans are simple cards and add-ons are table rows, so price changes take a minute in any text editor. Template photos show cameras without brand logos, so you can add the brands you actually sell in your own words.

  • Packages and AMC as editable cards
  • Add-ons as table rows
  • Brand-neutral photos
  • Colours and fonts in one CSS block

Survey requests in your admin

At your-domain.com/admin/ each survey booking is saved in the Enquiries inbox with the site type, address and chosen slot, and it is also emailed to you, so the technician schedule can be planned from one list. Contact messages and AMC enquiries sit in the same inbox and download as a CSV. In business details you enter your company name, logo, phone, WhatsApp, address, map and office hours, including the Sunday service-call note, and they update on every page. You can rewrite the WhatsApp opening message for repair requests, add live chat, connect analytics or the Meta Pixel, and show an announcement bar. Packages, AMC plans and page text stay in the HTML files.

  • Survey bookings kept in the Enquiries inbox
  • CSV download of every request
  • Office hours and WhatsApp text in one place
  • Live chat and analytics switches

Inside the zip, and what your hosting needs

The download contains six HTML pages and a 404 page, the stylesheet and scripts, the PHP form handler, the admin panel, photos and an .htaccess file, plus an illustrated installation guide. It runs on cPanel or shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later. Upload it, set the email address for survey requests in config.php, create your admin login and paste the licence key from your order on the Dashboard to switch the forms on; one key covers up to three domains. The admin keeps its data in SQLite, created automatically when pdo_sqlite is on, or in MySQL if you fill in four values. Email goes through PHP mail() or SMTP.

  • Plain HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
  • No WordPress or Node.js
  • SQLite built in, MySQL optional
  • Licence key switches the forms on

What it does not do

SecureView is a website for winning survey bookings and AMC enquiries. It does not show live camera feeds, connect to recorders, sell cameras online, take payments, raise invoices or track AMC renewal dates. Slots in the survey form are requests, not a calendar: you confirm each visit yourself.

  • No camera viewing or recorder access
  • No online shop or payments
  • No AMC renewal tracking
