The services page shows three house-construction packages with indicative per-sq-ft rates and what each includes. The process and quality page sets out your stages, the materials and grades you use, and your stage-wise checks, so visitors understand what they are paying for.

Turn visitors into site visits
The quote form asks for the project type, a date and a time for a site visit, and notes such as plot size, floors and budget. The request arrives in your inbox and you confirm by phone or WhatsApp. WhatsApp and click-to-call buttons are on every page.

What visitors find on each page
The home page leads with four promises you can edit (clear estimates, quality checks, one contact, on schedule), then house construction, renovation and commercial work, a block on stage-wise checks, sample client quotes and an invitation to book a free site visit and quote. The services page has the Standard, Premium and Luxury packages per sq ft, plus renovation, commercial building and drawings and approvals. The projects page shows sample jobs such as a G+1 family home, a G+2 residence, a full home renovation, a showroom with offices, a boundary and extension and a duplex villa, each with location, size and status. The process page walks through site visit, drawings and estimate, agreement, and build and handover, then the materials you use, stage checks, site safety and a warranty note that points to the contract. The quote page lists what helps you give an accurate estimate, and the contact page has a message form and a map. All projects, rates and quotes in the demo are samples to replace with your own.

Quote requests in your admin
Every quote and site-visit request is saved in the Enquiries inbox at your-domain.com/admin/ and emailed to you. Each entry shows the project type, the day and time the client wants you on site and their notes on plot size, floors and budget, and the list downloads as a CSV so your site engineer can plan visits. From the admin you also set the company name, logo, office phone, WhatsApp number and its opening message, address and map, office hours, social links and colours, choose the currency your per-sq-ft rates are in, and add live chat, Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel for local ad campaigns. Packages, project cards and process text are edited in the HTML files.

The zip, setup and hosting
The download holds the seven HTML pages, stylesheet, JavaScript, site photos, the PHP form handler, the admin panel and an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to any cPanel or shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later, open /admin/ to create your login and paste your licence key to switch the forms on; one key covers up to three domains. SQLite is created automatically on first run, MySQL is optional, and email goes through PHP mail() or your own SMTP server.
