What visitors look for before booking
People choosing an Ayurveda centre want to know which therapies you offer, what they cost, who will treat them and how to book. Vedika answers each on its own page, with a clear Book a visit button on every screen.
- Home page with consultations, therapies and packages
- Tabbed price list by therapy type
- Three packages with what each includes
- Physicians and therapists with qualifications
Booking requests, not a slot calendar
The booking form asks for a consultation, therapy or package, a date and a time, with notes for a preferred therapist or any health condition. The request is emailed to you and your front desk confirms by phone or WhatsApp.
- Consultations, therapies and packages in one list
- Date and time slots
- Spam trap and input checks
- Requests emailed and kept in the private admin inbox
Careful wording for Ayurveda
Indian rules do not allow Ayurveda advertising to claim it cures or treats diseases. Vedika describes therapies and consultations only, shows a wellness notice on every page, uses photos of fully clothed or covered clients and has no testimonials. The README explains what to keep when you add your own content.
- No disease-cure or result claims
- Wellness notice on every page
- No testimonials or before/after
- Consultation-first approach for longer therapies
Who it is for
Vedika is written for an Ayurveda clinic or wellness centre run by BAMS physicians with a small team of therapists: a day centre that offers consultations, Abhyanga, Shirodhara and short packages, and plans Panchakarma only after a detailed consultation. It suits a calm, unhurried brand that wants to explain its work clearly and keep its wording within the rules, rather than a spa that sells on discounts.
- Ayurveda clinics and day centres
- Panchakarma centres that consult first
- Wellness centres with women and men therapists
- Physician-led practices adding therapies
Each page and what it shows
The home page offers Book a visit and Therapies & prices, four starting points (consultations, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, packages), a consultation-first section, a four-step 'how a therapy visit works', opening hours, directions and a note on gift vouchers at the front desk. Therapies & prices has tabs for consultations, Abhyanga and massage, and Shirodhara and others, each with a duration and price, followed by simple preparation steps. Packages shows three day-programmes of three, five and seven days, a Panchakarma note and package terms such as validity and rescheduling. Practitioners has cards with qualifications and consultation times, and Contact has a map and message form.
- Home, Therapies & prices, Packages, Practitioners, Book a visit and Contact
- HealthAndBeautyBusiness schema markup
- Sample practitioner names to replace with your real team and qualifications
- Prices are sample figures
Appointment requests in the centre's admin
Booking requests reach the front desk by email and are also saved in the admin's Enquiries inbox, with the consultation, therapy or package chosen, the date, the time and any notes the client added, such as a preferred therapist. Only someone with the admin login can open them, and the list downloads as a CSV. In the admin the centre sets its name, logo, phone, WhatsApp, address, map and the separate Sunday hours, and these update across every page. The WhatsApp button opens with a message about booking a consultation or therapy, and the announcement bar can mention a seasonal programme or a holiday closure.
- Enquiries inbox with CSV download
- WhatsApp button and click-to-call
- Currency switcher for visitors from abroad, at your rates
- Cookie notice and maintenance mode
What you receive, and what it leaves out
The zip holds the HTML pages, stylesheet, script, photos, the PHP form handler and config.php, the admin panel, an .htaccess file, an installation guide and a README that explains the wording to keep. It runs on any cPanel or shared host with PHP 7.4 or later, with no database to create. There is no online payment or deposit, no gift voucher sale, no slot calendar, no medicine shop, no patient records and no video call system for the online consultation listed on the price page: you arrange that call yourself. Keep the wellness notice when you edit the pages.
- Upload, set your email, create the admin login
- Prices and team edited in plain HTML
- Payments and vouchers handled at the centre
- No WordPress or monthly fee
