Appointment requests with pet details
The appointment form lists your vet, vaccination and grooming services, with a date, a time and a notes box for the pet's type, breed, age and weight. The request is emailed to you and you confirm by phone or WhatsApp.

Prices are a simple list and grooming packages are three cards, so changing a price takes a minute in any text editor. The sample reviews on the home page are clearly marked so you can swap in real reviews or remove the section.

Each page and what pet parents do there
The home page introduces vet consultations, vaccination, grooming and prevention, has a section on gentle handling and clear advice, shows three grooming options (bath and blow-dry, full grooming and cat grooming) and ends with a band asking if a pet is due for a check-up or a groom. The services page is a tabbed price list: vet consultations (general, follow-up, home visit, health check for a new pet), vaccination and prevention (puppy and dog, kitten and cat, anti-rabies, deworming, tick and flea), grooming extras such as nail clipping, ear cleaning and a medicated or tick bath, and other services like microchipping, lab sample collection and pet food and accessories. The grooming page shows the bath and tidy, full groom and spa groom packages and explains that pets are groomed one at a time with pet-safe products and a photo on WhatsApp when they are ready. The about page introduces your vet and team and your approach to fear-free handling, cleanliness, reminders and supplies. The contact page has the address, a map and a message form.

The appointment page in detail
Owners enter their name, phone and an optional email, pick a service from vet, vaccination and prevention or grooming, choose a date and an hourly time, and describe the pet's type, breed, age and weight. Next to the form are your opening hours, a short list of what to bring, such as the vaccination card, a lead or a carrier, and a notice that the clinic is not a 24-hour hospital, with advice to contact the nearest 24-hour veterinary hospital outside your hours. The slot is confirmed only when you call or message back.

Your admin panel at the reception desk
Create your login at your-domain.com/admin/ and set the clinic or salon name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number, email, address, map and opening hours; they replace the demo details on every page. Each appointment request and contact message is emailed to you and stored in the Enquiries inbox, so reception can see the day's requests with the pet details and export them to CSV. Vaccine and deworming reminders mentioned on the about page are sent by your team; the website does not send them. You can also switch on the WhatsApp button, live chat, Google Analytics and an announcement bar for a vaccination camp or a holiday closure.

What is in the download
The zip holds the seven HTML pages, CSS, JavaScript, the PHP form handler and admin, photos, an .htaccess file, a README and an illustrated installation guide. Any cPanel or shared host with PHP 7.4 or later runs it; the SQLite database is created by itself. Set the receiving address in config.php, paste your licence key and send a test request.

Limits to plan around
Requests are not checked against a diary, so double bookings are avoided by your confirmation call. There is no payment, pet health record, vaccination reminder system, boarding booking or shop on the site. Replace the demo prices and sample reviews before launch.
