Answers brides look for

Before messaging a makeup artist, brides want to see your work, know roughly what it costs, and check whether you travel and do trials. Glam puts the portfolio, packages, add-ons, trial and travel policy on clear pages, with a Check my date button on every screen.

  • Home page with services and recent looks
  • Portfolio gallery page
  • Three packages and an add-on price list
  • Trial session and travel policy

Enquiries with the details you need

The enquiry form asks for the look, event date, ready-by time, city and venue, and how many people need makeup, so you can reply with availability and a quote in one message.

  • Look and package drop-down
  • Event date and ready-by time
  • City and venue field
  • Number of people for family bookings

Made for one artist

The copy is written in the first person for a freelance artist rather than a salon, and the soft rose and champagne palette with an elegant display font suits bridal work. Colours and fonts sit in one CSS block.

  • Personal, first-person copy
  • About page with how booking works
  • BeautySalon schema markup
  • Colours and fonts in one CSS block

What each page does

The home page introduces your four services (bridal, engagement and reception, party, and family and bridesmaids), your approach to skin prep and long-lasting makeup, and three recent looks, with a section of sample testimonials marked in the code for you to replace with real words from brides or delete. The portfolio page shows your looks and explains the finishes you offer, such as HD, airbrush and soft glam. The packages page has three price cards, then add-ons and family prices in tabs, a trial session section and a travel policy with charges by distance and a note on booking amounts. The about page tells your story, the four steps from checking a date to the wedding morning, and your hygiene habits. The booking page lists practical notes for brides, and the contact page has your studio address, hours, map and a message form.

  • Add-ons and family prices in tabs
  • Trial session details and timing
  • Travel policy by distance
  • Practical 'before you book' notes

Your admin panel, for a makeup artist

In /admin/ you set your name, logo, phone, WhatsApp, email, studio address, map and hours, and they replace the demo details everywhere. Every date enquiry is saved in the Enquiries inbox as well as emailed, with the look, event date, ready-by time, venue and number of people, so in wedding season you can scan who asked for which date and download the list as a CSV. The WhatsApp button and its opening message are set in the admin, which suits brides who would rather send reference photos on chat. You can also add an announcement bar, for example when a season is nearly full, plus live chat, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel and a cookie notice. If you work with brides from abroad, prices can be shown in their currency using rates you enter.

  • Date enquiries kept in an Enquiries inbox
  • CSV download for wedding season
  • WhatsApp button with your own message
  • Prices shown in the visitor's currency

What you get, and the limits

The zip has the HTML pages, stylesheet, scripts, the PHP form handler and admin, demo photos, an .htaccess file, a README and an illustrated installation guide. It runs on any cPanel or shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later; SQLite is created automatically and MySQL is optional. Paste your licence key in the admin to switch the forms on. No payment is taken on the website: the demo copy says the booking amount is paid by UPI or bank transfer after you send a quote. There is no calendar that blocks booked dates, so you check availability yourself before replying. Replace the demo photos with your own work, shared with your clients' permission.

  • PHP 7.4+, SQLite built in
  • Booking amount paid outside the site
  • No date-blocking calendar
  • Sample testimonials marked for replacement
