Let your work speak first
Couples choose a photographer by the photos. Frame & Vow opens with a full-width hero and a portfolio preview, then gives the portfolio its own page with large photo grids for rituals and portraits.
- Hero photo on the home page
- Portfolio page with photo grids
- About page with your story
- Delivery timeline couples can trust
Clear packages, then an easy enquiry
Three package cards show what is covered and the price, with pre-wedding shoots and add-ons listed below. The enquiry form asks for the package, wedding date, best time to call and guest count, and the request arrives by email. Nothing is booked or charged on the website.
- Package cards with prices
- Pre-wedding and add-on price list
- Package, wedding date and guests
- Spam trap and input checks
Easy to update every season
Swap portfolio photos by file name, change a price in a plan card, and edit the delivery timeline in plain HTML. ProfessionalService schema, titles and descriptions are ready for Google.
- Replace photos by file name
- Plan cards for packages
- ProfessionalService schema markup
- Colours and fonts in one CSS block
Who it is for
Frame & Vow suits a solo wedding photographer, a husband-and-wife team or a small studio that shoots photos and films together. The demo is written for Indian weddings, with haldi, mehendi, sangeet, pheras and vidaai in the copy, but every word is plain HTML, so a destination photographer, an event filmmaker or a pre-wedding specialist can rewrite it in an afternoon.
- Candid and traditional wedding photographers
- Studios offering photos and films together
- Pre-wedding and engagement shoot specialists
Every page, and what it does
The home page opens with a full-width photo, a Check our dates button and four short points about your style, films, albums and delivery times. Below it sit a portfolio preview, a How we work block about planning calls and shot lists, a band of couples' notes and a closing call to share the wedding date. The demo couples' notes are sample text: replace them with real words from your own couples or delete the block. The portfolio page has two photo grids, rituals and emotions, then brides, grooms and couples, with a note that full galleries are shared privately on request. The packages page shows three plan cards, Essential, Signature and Grand, each with the coverage, team and deliverables, followed by a price list for pre-wedding shoots and add-ons such as an extra photographer, drone, an extra album or a same-day edit reel. The about page tells your story and sets out the delivery timeline from sneak peek to printed album. The booking page carries the enquiry form next to a three-step explanation of what happens after a couple writes, and the contact page has your address, a map, hours and a short message form.
- Home, portfolio, packages, about, booking and contact pages
- Package cards plus a pre-wedding and add-on price list
- Guest count from under 100 to 600+
- Best time to call, in four slots or any time
Your admin panel, for a studio
Open your-domain.com/admin/ and create your login. Put your studio name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number, studio address, map and visiting hours in one place, and they replace the demo details on every page. The WhatsApp button opens with a ready message asking about availability, which you can change. Every booking enquiry and contact message is emailed to you and also saved in the Enquiries inbox, so a wedding date never gets lost in a busy season, and you can download the list as a CSV. If you shoot for couples abroad, switch on extra currencies with your own rates so package prices show in the visitor's currency. You can also add live chat, Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, show a booking-season announcement bar, or put the site in maintenance mode while you change the portfolio.
- Booking enquiries saved in the inbox and emailed
- Studio details changed once, shown everywhere
- Currency switcher for couples abroad
- Announcement bar for the booking season
Setup, technology and limits
The zip holds seven HTML pages, the stylesheet and scripts, the PHP form handler, the admin panel, the demo photos and an .htaccess file, plus an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to any cPanel or shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later, open the admin, paste your licence key and send a test enquiry. The data is kept in SQLite, so there is no database to create. Be clear about what the site does not do: it does not check your calendar or block booked dates, it does not take the advance mentioned on the packages page, and it does not host or deliver client galleries. You confirm each date by replying to the enquiry, and you collect payments the way you do today.
- No calendar sync or automatic date blocking
- No online payments or advance collection
- No client gallery hosting or photo delivery
