What learners want to know

People choosing a language institute ask which courses you teach, how long they take, what they cost, when the batches run, who teaches and whether they can try a class first. Lingua answers each on its own page, with a call to book a free demo class on every screen.

  • Home page with your teaching approach
  • Course cards with duration and fees
  • Batch timetable and trainer cards
  • Contact page with map

Turn visits into demo classes

The demo form asks for the course, a preferred date and time, and notes about the learner's current level and goal, such as study abroad, work or an exam date. You confirm the batch by phone or WhatsApp. Learners who prefer to ask first can tap WhatsApp or call from any page.

  • Demo-class booking form
  • Course choice grouped by English, exams and languages
  • Notes for level and goal
  • Spam trap and input checks

Honest about results

A notice on the course and demo pages says the institute does not promise any IELTS band or PTE score, and that official test fees are paid to the test provider. The home page has a sample testimonials section, clearly marked in the code for you to replace with real words from learners, or delete.

  • No band or score promises in the template
  • Official exam fees kept separate
  • Sample testimonials marked for replacement
  • Plain HTML you can edit in any text editor

Easy to keep up to date

Courses are simple cards, extras are a price list and the timetable is a plain HTML table, so changing a fee or a batch time takes a minute. Colours and fonts are set in one place, and EducationalOrganization schema, titles and descriptions are ready for Google.

  • Timetable as a simple table
  • Course cards easy to copy
  • EducationalOrganization schema markup
  • Colours and fonts in one CSS block

Page by page

The home page introduces the institute, the small-group format and the way classes are taught, then previews three courses and the trainers. The courses page lists each course with its fee, length and days per week, followed by a price list of extras that learners can filter into mock tests, one-to-one sessions and study material. The batches page is a timetable of courses, days and timings, with a short four-step guide to joining: demo class, level check, pick a batch, start learning. The faculty page has a card for each trainer with their subjects and teaching experience, plus a note on how mistakes are corrected. The demo page holds the booking form and explains what happens after it is sent, and the contact page has your address, phone, hours, map and a general message form.

  • Extras list filtered by mock tests, one-to-one and material
  • Four-step 'how to join a batch' guide
  • Trainer cards with subjects and experience
  • Separate contact form for general questions

Your admin panel, for an institute

Open /admin/ to set the institute name, logo, phone, WhatsApp number, address, map and teaching hours once, and they change on every page. Every demo-class request and contact message is saved in the Enquiries inbox as well as emailed to you, so a counsellor can work through the list and download it as a CSV for follow-up calls. Use the announcement bar for news such as a new IELTS batch or a holiday timetable, and switch on live chat or the WhatsApp button for quick questions about fees. If you teach learners abroad online, fees can be shown in their own currency using exchange rates you enter. Google Analytics, Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel are switched on from the same panel.

  • Demo requests and messages kept in an Enquiries inbox
  • CSV download for follow-up calls
  • Announcement bar for new batches
  • Fees shown in the visitor's currency, with your own rates

What you get and what you need

The zip holds the HTML pages, the stylesheet and scripts, the PHP form handler and admin panel, the demo photos, an .htaccess file, a README and an illustrated installation guide. It runs on any cPanel or shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later. Settings are stored in SQLite, which is created automatically, so there is no database to set up; MySQL is optional. Upload the files, open the admin, create your login, paste your licence key to switch the forms on, then send a test demo request. Course text, fees and the timetable are edited in the HTML files.

  • PHP 7.4+ on cPanel or shared hosting
  • SQLite built in, MySQL optional
  • Forms switch on with your licence key
  • Course text and timetable edited in HTML
