Pukka puts your counter favourites online: hand tools, pipes and fittings, taps and showers, paints and rollers. Customers search or filter by category, add items to the cart and check out with a home or site address, paying cash on delivery, by UPI or bank transfer, or collecting from the store. A note field takes a GST number and a site contact.

Win contractor and bulk orders
Plumbers, painters and builders rarely buy one item at a time. The bulk page explains how you quote, deliver to site in stages and run contractor accounts, and its form takes the order type, the date of the first delivery and the full material list. Enquiries arrive in your inbox and you reply with your own quote.

Help customers find the right part
Most hardware questions start with 'I need one of these'. WhatsApp buttons across the site invite customers to send a photo of the old part, so you can tell them the right replacement and price before they visit or order.

Run the shop from the admin
Products, orders and customers live in a database: SQLite is built in, MySQL is optional. On first run it is filled with the demo products, which you edit or delete in Admin → Shop. Every price, discount, delivery charge, fee, tax and total is recalculated on the server when an order is placed, and an order whose total was changed in the browser is refused.

The rest of the store, page by page
The about page tells walk-in customers why they can trust your counter: genuine stock, GST bills, your own delivery van and the photo-match service. The delivery and returns page sets out your delivery, payment and invoice, returns and warranty terms in plain words, ready for you to rewrite. The contact page has your phone, address, hours, map and a message form, and the account page lets a returning customer see their past orders. Every bulk enquiry and contact message is saved in the admin's Enquiries inbox as well as emailed, so a contractor's list is never lost in a busy inbox.

What it does not do
Pukka does not calculate bulk or contractor prices or run credit accounts: contractors send a list and you quote. The built-in invoice is a printable page with your GST number; a GST invoice PDF is a separate add-on. It does not take card payments on its own: Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal and Cashfree are separate add-ons with their own licence, tested against mocked gateway responses, not real payments.
