How it works

From order to a live website

Try the live demo
  1. 1

    Choose a package

Code only, We set it up, or Customised. All prices are one-time.

  2. 2

    Pay securely

Your download link is emailed once payment is confirmed and also appears in My Account.

  3. 3

    We contact you

For setup packages we email within one business day for your cPanel / hosting login and domain.

  4. 4

    Live on your domain

Your showroom takes orders and custom enquiries on your own hosting. Orders are managed in the admin, and both arrive in your inbox.

Show your furniture properly online

Furniture buyers want to see dimensions, wood and finish before they visit or order. Woodcraft gives every piece a product page with a photo gallery, price, description and details, and a shop page where customers search, filter by sofas, beds, dining, study and living room furniture, and sort by price or newest.

  • Search, category filter and sorting
  • Dimensions and finish in every product
  • Fabric, finish or size variants with their own price
  • Sale prices with the regular price crossed out

Take orders and made-to-measure enquiries

Customers can order pieces in stock with cash on delivery, bank transfer or UPI, or collect from the showroom, adding their floor, lift access and preferred finish in the order note. For anything made to size, the custom furniture page explains your process and takes an enquiry for a measurement visit or a showroom meeting.

  • Checkout with floor, lift and finish note
  • Custom enquiry with piece type, date and time
  • Four-step made-to-measure process
  • WhatsApp buttons for quick questions

Set expectations on delivery and assembly

Most furniture complaints are about timelines and access. The delivery page sets out delivery times for stock and custom pieces, free assembly within your city, outstation charges, the advance for made-to-order work, returns and warranty, in plain words you edit to match your shop. Delivery charges themselves are set by city or postcode in the admin.

  • Stock and made-to-order timelines
  • Assembly and stair-carrying terms
  • Advance and balance payment note
  • Sample returns and warranty text

Run the shop from the admin

Products, orders and customers live in a database: SQLite is built in, MySQL is optional. On first run it is filled with the demo products, which you edit or delete in Admin → Shop. Every price, discount, delivery charge, fee, tax and total is recalculated on the server when an order is placed, and an order whose total was changed in the browser is refused.

  • Products with photos, gallery, variants, sale price and stock
  • Coupons: percent or fixed, minimum spend, expiry and usage limits
  • Shipping zones and tax rates by country or region
  • Orders: status, tracking, status emails, invoice and CSV export

Who it suits, and what is in the zip

Woodcraft is written for a furniture showroom with its own workshop, a carpenter family business moving online, or a store selling solid-wood and engineered-wood pieces in one city. Besides the shop, product, cart and account pages, it has a workshop page that explains how a piece is made and is honest about solid versus engineered wood, a woods and finishes guide on the home page, a delivery and assembly page, and a contact page with showroom hours. The home page's customer quotes are sample text to replace with your own or remove. The zip holds the HTML pages, CSS, JavaScript, the PHP shop engine and admin, the demo products and photos, an .htaccess file and an illustrated guide. It runs on cPanel hosting with PHP 7.4 or later, with SQLite built in. In the admin, the dashboard lists pieces running low on stock, and made-to-measure enquiries land in the Enquiries inbox, while orders go to Admin → Shop → Orders.

  • Workshop, woods and delivery pages included
  • Low-stock list on the shop dashboard
  • Made-to-measure enquiries saved in the admin

What it does not do

Woodcraft does not take a part-payment advance or EMI at checkout: the checkout asks for the full order total, and an advance for made-to-order work is agreed on the call. There is no 3D room planner. It does not take card payments on its own: Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal and Cashfree are separate add-ons with their own licence, tested against mocked gateway responses, not real payments.

  • Built in: COD, bank transfer, UPI QR, showroom pickup
  • Advances: agreed by you on the call
  • Card payments: separate add-ons
