    Live on your domain

Your barber shop site runs on your own hosting, with booking requests arriving in your inbox.

What men check before they walk in

People want to know what a cut costs, who will cut their hair and whether they need to book. Sharp answers all three: a clear price list, a card for each barber and a booking page that explains when walk-ins wait and when a booking is worth it.

  • Home page with services and hygiene
  • Price list in tabs by service type
  • Barber cards with names and specialities
  • Walk-in and busy-time information

Bookings without a booking app

The booking form asks for the service, a date, a time and notes such as a preferred barber or a child's cut. The request lands in your inbox and you confirm by WhatsApp, with no app subscription or commission.

  • Services and packages in one drop-down
  • Date and time slots
  • Notes for preferred barber or style
  • Spam trap and input checks

A design that looks like a barber shop

Black, brass and a tall condensed headline font give the site a bold, masculine look that is different from a beauty-salon template. Colours and fonts sit in one CSS block if you want your own.

  • Dark sections and bold type
  • Packages as simple cards
  • HairSalon schema markup
  • Colours and fonts in one CSS block

Page by page

The home page leads with haircuts and fades, beard work, hot-towel shaves and kids cuts, then a short hygiene block (sterilised tools, single-use blades, a fresh towel and cape, clean stations) and sample quotes from regulars. The services page has tabbed prices for haircuts, beard and shave, kids and grooming, from a classic cut and skin fade to a head shave, hair colour, charcoal clean-up and hair spa. The packages page shows Cut and Beard, The Works and a Groom's Package, with a short how-it-works strip: walk in or book, a quick chat, the cut and finish, then pay and go at the counter. The barbers page has a profile card for each barber and explains what happens between clients. The booking page explains that walk-ins are always welcome and lists shop hours, and the contact page has a message form and a map. The barber names, prices and quotes in the demo are samples to replace with your own.

  • Home, services, packages, barbers, booking and contact pages
  • Booking slots from 10 am to 8 pm
  • Hygiene routine shown on two pages
  • A custom 404 page

Running the shop from the admin

Chair bookings and contact messages are saved in the Enquiries inbox at your-domain.com/admin/ and also emailed to you. Each request shows the service, the day and time asked for and any notes, such as a preferred barber, and the inbox downloads as a CSV. In the admin you set the shop name, logo, phone, address and map, your opening hours, Instagram and other social links, and the WhatsApp number with the message customers send when they tap the button. You can add Tawk.to, Crisp or Tidio chat, Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, show an announcement bar for a festive offer, and pick the currency your prices are in. Prices, barber cards and package lists are edited in the HTML files.

  • Bookings kept in the inbox and emailed
  • CSV download
  • WhatsApp button text set in the admin
  • Announcement bar for offers

What is in the zip and what hosting you need

You get the seven HTML pages, the stylesheet and JavaScript, photos, the PHP form handler, the admin panel and an illustrated installation guide. It runs on any cPanel or shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later: upload, extract into public_html, open /admin/ to create your login and paste your licence key to switch the forms on. Each key activates one live domain, and testing on your own computer needs no key. SQLite is created automatically on first run, MySQL is optional, and email goes through PHP mail() or your own SMTP server.

  • Plain HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
  • No WordPress or database setup
  • Licence key activates the forms

Honest limits

A booking here is a request, not a reserved chair. The site does not know which barber is free, does not run a queue or send reminders, and takes no payment or deposit online. You confirm each request by WhatsApp or a call. A live booking calendar or online payment can be added as custom work.

  • No live chair availability
  • No queue or reminders
  • No online payments
