Every trip answers the first five questions
Trekkers want to know how long, how hard, how high, when and how much. The trek table shows all five for each Himalayan trek, with what the price includes underneath. Weekend camps, rafting runs and group trips sit in tabbed price lists, and difficulty grades explain which trek suits which fitness level.
- Six-trek sample table
- Inclusions and exclusions note
- Easy, moderate and difficult grades
- Weekend camps and rafting runs
Safety written down, without empty promises
The safety page sets out guide ratios, first-aid training, daily health checks, oxygen and kit, acclimatisation and the turn-around rule, plus rafting gear and what you ask of trekkers. The copy says plainly that adventure trips carry risk, and the guide tells you to replace every line with what your company really does.
- Six safety cards
- Three guide cards
- Rafting safety list
- Weather and cancellation notice
Enquiries with the details you need to call back
The enquiry form asks for the trip, a preferred start date, the number of people and the best time to call, plus ages, experience and medical conditions. It is emailed to you so you can check seats and fitness before you take an advance.
- Trip list grouped by type
- Group size field
- Best time to call
- Spam trap, and a copy of every enquiry kept in the admin
The pages, one by one
The home page introduces your three kinds of trip, shows three featured trips with a price per person, sums up your safety approach and gives office hours and directions. Treks, camps and rafting holds the full trek table, what the price includes and excludes, the tabbed short-trip lists and a guide to choosing a trek by fitness. Safety and guides covers your plan on the mountain and the river, your guides and what you ask of trekkers. What to pack lists clothing, footwear, personal items and the documents a trekker must carry, followed by gear on rent in two tabs. Booking enquiry has the form, a short before-you-book list and the four steps from enquiry to trailhead: enquiry, call back, advance paid by UPI or bank transfer, and a pre-trip briefing. Contact has a simple message form, your address, hours and a map. All treks, prices and guide names in the demo are samples for you to replace.
- Home, treks, safety, packing, enquiry and contact pages
- Rental gear list with a price per trek
- Four-step booking explainer
- Friendly 404 page
Your admin panel for the trekking season
Open your-domain.com/admin/ to run the parts that change most. Every booking enquiry and contact message is saved in the Enquiries inbox as well as emailed to you, so a busy weekend of WhatsApp calls does not mean a lost lead; you can download the list as a CSV to plan batches. Set your office hours, phone, WhatsApp number and the pre-filled WhatsApp message, your address and map, logo and colours, and they change on every page. Pick the currency your trek prices are written in and add others with your own rates if you take trekkers from abroad. You can also switch on live chat, Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, an announcement bar for a new departure or a monsoon closure, a cookie notice and maintenance mode. The trek table, rental prices and page text are still edited in the HTML files.
- Enquiries inbox with CSV download
- Hours, WhatsApp text, map and colours
- Currency switcher with your own rates
- Announcement bar for season news
What you download and how it goes live
The zip holds the seven HTML pages, the stylesheet and scripts, the photos, the PHP form handler, the admin panel and an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to any cPanel or shared hosting with PHP 7.4 or later, open the admin, create your login and paste your licence key to switch the forms on. The key activates your live domain; test on your own computer first, where no key is needed. Data is kept in SQLite, a single private file created on first run through PHP's pdo_sqlite extension, so there is no database to set up; MySQL is optional. Email goes out by PHP mail() or your own SMTP server.
- Plain HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
- SQLite built in, MySQL optional
- PHP mail() or SMTP
- One licence for your live domain
What it does not do
There is no booking engine, seat counter or payment step. Visitors cannot pay an advance online, see how many places are left in a batch or download an itinerary, and the site does not check fitness or medical details; it only passes on what the trekker types. Form messages are limited to eight per visitor in ten minutes, and a hidden field catches most spam bots.
- No online payments or live availability
- No cart or customer accounts
- Copy on risk and safety must be your own
