Booking enquiries, not a booking engine
The form asks for the room type, check-in date, arrival time, number of guests and any notes such as nights or a pick-up. The request arrives by email and you reply with availability and the price. Nothing is charged on the website, and it does not connect to Booking.com, Airbnb or a channel manager.

Easy to keep up to date
Each room is a simple card, so changing a rate or an amenity takes a minute in any text editor. Hotel schema with check-in and check-out times, titles and descriptions are ready for Google.

What guests find on each page
The home page introduces the stay with four short points (heritage rooms, courtyard breakfast, the old-city location and family hosts), previews three room types and ends with a call to send your dates. The rooms page gives each room type its own card with the nightly rate and amenities, lists what is included with every room, such as breakfast, pick-ups and local help, and shows your check-in and check-out times with the house rules: photo ID for adult guests, no smoking in rooms and the like. The gallery page is a grid of photos of the rooms, courtyard and surroundings. The about page tells the story of the house and has a short guide to what is nearby, with monuments, food lanes and markets. The booking page explains the three steps from enquiry to arrival and states clearly that an enquiry is not a confirmed booking and that no payment is taken on the website.

Your admin panel, set up for a guest house
Open your-domain.com/admin/ and put in the property name, logo, reception phone, WhatsApp number, email, address with map, and reception hours. These replace the demo details on every page. Each booking enquiry is emailed to you and also saved in the admin's Enquiries inbox with the room, date, time, number of guests and the guest's notes, so you can work through requests in one place and download them as a CSV. If you quote to foreign guests, choose your base currency and switch on more with your own exchange rates, and the room rates are shown in the visitor's choice. You can also add a live chat widget, the floating WhatsApp button, Google Analytics, an announcement bar for a festival offer, a cookie notice, or maintenance mode while you refresh the photos.

What you get, and what it does not do
The zip holds the HTML pages, stylesheet, JavaScript, the PHP form handler and admin, the demo photos and an .htaccess file, with an illustrated installation guide. Upload it to any cPanel host with PHP 7.4 or later; the small SQLite database for the admin is created on first run, so there is nothing to set up. Room text, rates and photos are edited in the HTML files. Haveli Stay is not a booking engine: it shows no live availability calendar, does not block dates, does not sync with Booking.com, Airbnb or a channel manager, and takes no advance or card payment. You confirm each stay yourself by phone, WhatsApp or email.
