Your licence key activates the site on your domain. That activation is what unlocks the build and enables updates — so when we ship improvements or security patches, you get them. Every licence, lifetime included, activates one live domain, and if the store moves you can switch the key to the new domain yourself up to three times a year.

Loading your catalogue and content
The store ships with an example pharmacy catalogue so you can see how everything fits together. In Admin → Products you add or edit each product with its name, price, category, formatted description and images, and add strengths, pack sizes or forms as variants with their own prices. Admin → Categories controls the shop menu and filters. If you have hundreds of products, Admin → Import takes a spreadsheet using the template file's columns; import into a test category first and check a few products before loading the whole file. Everything a customer reads is editable without code: Admin → Pages for static and legal pages, Admin → Blog for posts with images, categories and SEO fields, Admin → Menus for the header and footer, Admin → FAQs for your help page and Admin → Popups for announcements and offers.

Running the store day to day
Once you are live, most of your time is spent in a few screens. Admin → Orders is where you view orders, mark them paid, add tracking, refund or cancel. Admin → Customers shows each customer's order history, wallet balance and contact details. Admin → Tickets collects support messages in one inbox, Admin → Abandoned Carts shows what is being left behind and which recovery emails are going out, and Admin → Reports gives sales, best-sellers and traffic at a glance. In Admin → Payments every method has its own toggle and settings: card gateways take the API keys from your gateway (with test-mode keys for practice orders), bank transfer orders wait on hold until you confirm the money arrived, and crypto orders complete once the payment confirms on-chain.

What you need and what it does not do
To go live you need a domain, Node.js hosting (cPanel with Node, a VPS, Vercel or Railway), an SSL certificate, an email account for order confirmations and your own merchant accounts for the payment methods you enable. The Setup Wizard puts your business name into the legal page templates, but their wording is generic: have a lawyer review your terms, privacy and refund policies before launch. Whether you may sell medicines online depends on your country, your licences and what you sell, and complying is your responsibility; we supply software, not regulatory advice. Place one order with every payment method you enable and confirm the money arrives and the email sends before you announce the store.
