Google Ads for a dental clinic
Dental advertising is expensive per click and unforgiving of sloppy targeting — a wasted click on a high-value implant keyword costs more than most industries pay for a lead.

Where they started
The account was spending across broad dental terms with no separation between treatment types, which meant routine check-up traffic and high-value implant traffic shared budget, bids and landing pages. Everything pointed at the homepage, so a person searching for implant costs arrived at a page about the practice. Conversion tracking counted form loads rather than completed bookings, so the reported cost-per-lead was fiction and optimisation was steering on bad data.
What we did
We restructured the account by treatment value, so implants, orthodontics, cosmetic and routine care each carry their own budgets, bids and messaging rather than averaging into one meaningless blend. Dedicated landing pages were built per treatment, answering the cost and process questions people search before booking. Conversion tracking was rebuilt server-side to record actual booked appointments, and negative keyword lists were expanded aggressively to strip the training, careers and DIY searches that consume dental budgets.
