Delivery & Fulfilment
Everything we sell is digital — there is nothing to post, no courier and no shipping fee. This page explains exactly what arrives, how fast, and what to do on the rare occasion something doesn't turn up.
The short version
- Everything is delivered digitally. We never ship physical goods, so there are no delivery charges anywhere in the world.
- Card and UPI payments deliver in seconds. Bank transfer and crypto deliver once the payment clears — usually a few working hours.
- Your licence key arrives by email and also appears in your account and in the mobile app.
- Free versions download instantly with no account and no payment.
- If something hasn't arrived within an hour of a confirmed payment, email us and we'll re-send it manually.

1. What you actually receive
The item you receive depends on what you bought. In every case it's a download plus, where relevant, a licence key that unlocks Pro features.

2. How quickly it arrives
Delivery speed depends on how you paid, because we can only release a licence once the payment is confirmed. Nothing is held back beyond that.

Manual methods need a nudge from us
Bank and crypto payments are confirmed by a human on our side. If you pay outside working hours, delivery happens the next working morning.
3. Where your files and keys appear
We deliver in three places at once, so losing an email is never a problem.
- By email — your receipt includes every licence key and a download link.
- In your account — sign in at coodecraft.com/account and every key and order is listed with a download button.
- In the mobile app — the Keys tab shows your licences after you verify your email with a one-time code.
- Directly from the product page — enter your key and download the Pro build any time.
No account required
You can buy, download and retrieve your keys with nothing but the email address you purchased with.
4. Free versions
Every plugin has a genuinely free core version. It is a working plugin, not a trial that expires or a demo with the useful parts removed.
Free downloads need no account, no email address and no payment. Click the download button on any product page and the .zip starts immediately.
5. Updates
An active licence includes updates for its term. Updates arrive inside WordPress the same way any other plugin update does — you'll see the notice in your dashboard and can install with one click.
If a licence lapses, the software you installed keeps working. You stop receiving new updates and Pro features that check the licence server pause until you renew.
6. Agency projects
Agency work is delivered to an agreed schedule, not instantly. When you accept a proposal we send a dated plan with milestones, and you get a clickable preview every week so you can steer while changes are still cheap.
Handover includes all source code, design files, accounts and documentation. You own everything we produce for you — full IP assignment, in writing.
7. Delivery charges
There are none. Because everything is digital, we charge no delivery, shipping, handling or customs fees — anywhere in the world. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
No physical goods are ever shipped, so no customs, duty or import charges can apply to anything you buy from us.
8. If something doesn't arrive
It's rare, but the usual cause is an email landing in spam or a typo in the address at checkout. Try these first:
- Check your spam and promotions folders for a message from coodecraft.com.
- Sign in to your account — if the order is there, your keys and downloads are too.
- Use the Keys page and enter the email you purchased with to have a code sent.
- Still nothing? Email codecraftlko@gmail.com with your order reference and we'll re-send it manually.
We will always re-send
A lost email is never a reason to buy again. Contact us with your order reference and we'll resend your keys and downloads — there is no charge and no time limit for this.
9. Wrong email at checkout
If you mistyped your email address, email codecraftlko@gmail.com from the address you'd like the order moved to, and include your order reference or the payment receipt. We'll verify the purchase and move it across.
