A Windows bulk email sender in the classic layout

Bulk Email is a desktop email-marketing app for Windows laid out like the senders many small businesses already know: a menu bar and icon toolbar, a category tree on the left, grids for contacts and composed messages, and a status bar showing what is sending. You keep your lists on your own PC, send through mail accounts you already own, and see sent, opened and clicked counts update live while a campaign runs. There is no monthly per-contact fee and no third-party platform holding your list.

Import the contacts you already have

Bring contacts in from an Excel file (.xls or .xlsx), a CSV or text file, or straight from the clipboard. Columns are matched automatically and duplicates are skipped. Each contact carries a status (subscribed, unsubscribed, bounced or complained), so people who opted out are not mailed again. A built-in check confirms each address is written correctly and that its domain has a mail server (an MX lookup) before you send, and the Email Collector pulls addresses out of files and text you already own. It does not crawl websites for strangers' addresses.

Senders, rotation and safe sending limits

Add as many sender accounts as you need under the Sender Email tab. Presets fill in the server details for Gmail, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Yahoo, AOL, iCloud, Zoho, Yandex, GMX, Fastmail, Amazon SES (by SMTP or the SES API in six regions) and other relays, with a note on each about app passwords; a Direct option sends straight to each recipient's mail server for testing. Messages rotate across your senders, and you set limits per minute and per hour, a wait between messages, a number of retries on error, and how many errors in a row disable a sender automatically. Send Test Email checks an account before you trust it with a campaign.

Compose, personalise and schedule

The Compose Message window has a rich-text toolbar (font, size, bold, italic, underline, alignment, lists, colour, links and images), Design, HTML and Text views, attachments and saved templates. Merge tags insert each contact's own details, so every email is addressed personally. Add the message to the pending list and start it straight away, or schedule the send for a later date and time and cancel or reschedule it before it goes out.

Tracking, simulation and responsible sending

Bulk Email adds an open pixel, rewrites links for click tracking and puts a one-click unsubscribe link in every message; unsubscribes update the contact's status automatically. These links are served by a small tracking server built into the app. For real recipients to reach it, enter a public tracking URL in App settings (for example a subdomain pointed at your PC or server); without one, opens and clicks are only recorded for emails opened on the same computer. Simulation mode renders every email to an outbox folder without sending anything, so you can test a whole campaign first. The app is meant for people who agreed to hear from you: follow CAN-SPAM, GDPR and your provider's rules.

Licence, trial and honest limits

Without a key Bulk Email runs in trial mode and sends up to 50 emails a day. A key from coodecraft.com (BE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) removes the limit for the term you buy; it is checked online every few days, and if the check cannot reach the server the app keeps working. Monthly and 1-year keys cover one PC, lifetime keys three. Version 1.0 does not process bounces or complaints from your mailbox automatically, does not sign raw SMTP mail with DKIM (your provider does that), and stores data as JSON files, which suits lists of thousands rather than millions. Deliverability depends on your sending accounts and domain, not on the app.
