First home assessment
The physiotherapist assesses, treats and explains a plan, often with a family member present.
Regular visits
Visits at an agreed time, plus simple exercises the family can help with between visits.

Home visits run Monday to Sunday by appointment. Fees are indicative: we confirm the fee before the first visit.
Before the first visit
- Discharge summary and surgeon's instructions
- Recent X-rays, scans or reports
- A list of current medicines
- Some clear space to walk and exercise
