Frozen shoulder

Shoulder stiffness and pain, with exercises and hands-on therapy to work on movement.

Stroke & neuro rehab

Movement, balance and daily-activity training after a stroke or with other neurological conditions.

Posture & ergonomics

Advice on desk set-up, posture and movement breaks for people who sit or drive for long hours.

Honest advice

Not sure physiotherapy is right for you?

Bring any reports, X-rays or MRI scans and your doctor's notes to the first visit. If we think physiotherapy is not the right next step, or you need tests or a doctor's opinion first, we will tell you clearly.

  • We work alongside your doctor or surgeon
  • No promises of a cure or a fixed number of sessions
  • Plans reviewed as you progress
