- Latest address proof — bank statement or utility bill, under 2 months old
- Registered office proof — rent agreement + NOC from the owner, or the property's ownership deed
- Parent company's Certificate of Incorporation, apostilled/notarised
- Board resolution from the parent authorising the Indian subsidiary
- Passport copies of foreign directors, apostilled/notarised

Digital signing & filing
Directors e-sign using their Digital Signature Certificate; the forms are filed with the MCA.

Certificate issued
Once the Registrar approves the filing, the Certificate of Incorporation is issued with your CIN.

PAN, TAN & bank account
We help you obtain PAN and TAN for the new entity and get a current account opened.

FDI/FEMA reporting
We assist with the RBI-mandated foreign investment reporting once the subsidiary receives funds from the parent.
