Difficulty grades
Which trek is right for you?
Easy – moderate
4 to 6 hours of walking a day on clear trails. Good for fit beginners who can jog 3 km in about 25 minutes.
Moderate
Longer days, steeper climbs and nights below freezing. Some trekking or regular exercise needed: 5 km in about 35 minutes.
Difficult
High passes, snow, river crossings and 8-hour days. Only for trekkers who have done at least one moderate Himalayan trek.
Every trek carries some risk. We ask for a fitness self-declaration and any medical conditions before we confirm a seat, and we may suggest an easier trek if we think it suits you better.
