Treatments

Our treatments

What each treatment involves, how many visits it needs and how to prepare.

Termite treatment along a wall joint

Termites

Small holes are drilled along the wall-floor joint and around wooden frames, filled with a registered termiticide and sealed. New buildings get soil treatment before the floor is laid.

  • One main visit, follow-up checks as quoted
  • Holes sealed and cleaned up
Spraying along a kitchen skirting

Cockroaches

Odourless gel is placed in hinges, cracks and behind appliances, with a targeted spray for drains and corners where needed.

  • Kitchen does not need to be emptied for gel
  • Avoid wiping gel spots for a few days
Bed frame treatment

Bed bugs

Mattress seams, bed frames, sofas, curtains and cracks are treated in two visits about two weeks apart, to catch bugs that hatch later.

  • Wash bedding in hot water before the visit
  • Preparation checklist shared in advance
Black bait station placed along an outside wall

Rats & mice

Tamper-resistant bait stations are placed away from children and pets, and we show you gaps and drains that need sealing.

  • Bait stations locked and placed out of reach
  • Entry-point advice included
Garden fogging

Mosquitoes

Residual spray indoors where mosquitoes rest, outdoor fogging, and larvicide in standing water such as coolers, pots and drains.

  • Best done before and during the monsoon
  • Society and campus plans on request
Inspection with a torch

Offices & restaurants

Monthly or quarterly visits for kitchens, shops, offices and warehouses, with a service record for each visit.
