Safety & precautions
What we use, and how to keep your family and pets safe before, during and after a treatment.
We use only pest control products registered for use in India under the Insecticides Act, 1968 (listed by the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee), applied by trained technicians at the label dose. Results depend on the pest, the building and follow-up care, so we do not promise complete or permanent elimination.
Products we use
Only products registered with CIB&RC for household or public-health use, at the dose on the label. Ask us for the product name and its safety sheet.
Children & elderly
Keep children, elderly and unwell family members out of treated rooms during the visit and for the re-entry time we give you.
Pets
Move pets, pet bowls and bedding out of treated areas. Cover fish tanks and switch off their air pumps during spraying.
Before the visit
Pack away food, utensils and toothbrushes. Clear the area under the sink and along walls to be treated.
After the visit
Ventilate rooms for the time we advise. Wipe counters before cooking, but leave gel spots and wall edges untouched.
If someone feels unwell
Move them to fresh air and call a doctor or 112 at once. Tell them the product name; we leave it written on your service report.
Trained, equipped and careful.
Our technicians wear masks and gloves, carry spill kits, and explain each step before they start. Pregnant women and anyone with asthma or allergies should tell us when booking, so we can plan the visit and the safest method.
