Our limits

What our caregivers do not do

No prescribing

Medicines and doses are decided by the patient's doctor. We follow that plan and tell you about any concern.

No household chores

Attendants care for the patient. Cooking for the whole family, cleaning and laundry are not part of the role.

No emergency response

In an emergency your caregiver calls 112 or 108 and the family first, then stays with the patient.

The information on this website is general and is not medical advice. Our caregivers follow the treatment plan from the patient's own doctor; they do not prescribe or change medicines.
