Delivery & returns
Simple rules, written plainly. Edit this page to match your own policy.
Delivery & pick-up
- Orders are packed within 1–2 working days. School list orders may take longer in April and June.
- Delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your PIN code.
- Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹99 applies.
- Prefer to collect? Write "I will pick up" in the order note and we call when it is ready.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
- UPI: pay to the UPI ID shown after you order and send us the screenshot.
Returns
- If a book arrives damaged or is the wrong edition, tell us within 3 days and we replace it.
- Unused books in new condition can be exchanged within 7 days.
- Covered or labelled books and opened stationery packs cannot be returned.
