Delivery & refunds
Simple rules, written plainly. Edit this page to match your own policy.
Delivery days
- We deliver in Your City on Wednesdays and Saturdays, between 4 pm and 8 pm.
- Order by Monday 8 pm for Wednesday, and by Thursday 8 pm for Saturday.
- Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹99 applies.
- Collect from the farm shop any day, 8 am – 6 pm, at no charge.
What is in your box
- Box contents depend on the harvest. We send the list on WhatsApp the evening before.
- Tell us vegetables you don't eat and we swap them where we can.
- Produce from a partner farm is always named on the list.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay when your box arrives.
- UPI: pay to the UPI ID shown after you order and send us the screenshot.
Crates, quality & refunds
- Boxes come in a reusable crate. Please hand back the empty crate at your next delivery.
- If anything arrives spoilt, send a photo on the same day and we refund or replace it next delivery.
- Cancel a box until 8 pm the day before harvest for a full refund.
