Shipping, returns & care

Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, or 4 working days if you ask for fall and pico.
• Delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your PIN code.
• Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹99 applies.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
• UPI: pay to the UPI ID shown after you order and send us the screenshot.

Returns

• Unworn sarees with the tag can be returned within 7 days for a refund.
• Sarees with fall and pico done, or with a blouse cut, cannot be returned.
• If something arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Caring for handloom

• Silk and zari: dry clean only, store wrapped in a soft cotton cloth, and refold every few months.
• Cotton and linen: hand wash separately in cold water the first few times; dark colours may bleed.
• Dry in shade and iron on the reverse side.
