Delivery times

• Pieces in stock are delivered within 3–7 days in Your City.
• Made-to-order and custom pieces take 3–5 weeks; we confirm the date in writing.
• We call a day before to fix a delivery slot.

Delivery & assembly charges

• Delivery and assembly are free within Your City city limits.
• Outside Your City we deliver by transport partner; the charge is quoted before you confirm.
• Carrying up stairs is included up to the 4th floor without a lift. Please tell us about narrow stairs or doors in the order note.

Payment

• Pieces in stock: cash on delivery, or UPI to the ID shown after you order.
• Made-to-order and custom pieces: 40% advance by UPI after we confirm the order, balance on delivery.

Checking, returns & warranty

• Please check every piece while our team is there. Any damage in transit is repaired or replaced.
• Pieces in stock can be returned within 7 days if unused; a pick-up charge applies.
• Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, as they are built to your size.
• Frames and joints carry a 1-year workshop warranty against manufacturing defects. Fabric wear and wood's natural movement are not defects.
