Learner's & driving licence help
The licence comes from the RTO, not from us. We help you with the forms, the documents and the practice.
From learner's licence to driving licence
Learner's licence
Apply online on the government Parivahan portal and pass a short test on road rules and signs.
Learn with us
Drive with your learner's licence and an instructor, with the L sign on the car.
Book the driving test
After the waiting period, usually 30 days, apply for the driving test and pick a slot.
Take the test
The RTO or test centre checks your driving. If you pass, the licence is posted to you.
What you usually need
- Proof of age, such as Aadhaar, passport or school certificate
- Proof of address, such as Aadhaar, a utility bill or a rent agreement
- Recent passport-size photographs and your signature
- A medical certificate, if your age or licence type requires one
- Your learner's licence, when you apply for the driving test
Rules and documents can change and differ by state. Always check the latest list on the official Parivahan website.
What we do
Help you fill the online forms, upload documents, book test slots and prepare for the learner's test questions.
What we cannot do
We cannot issue a licence, skip the test or influence the result. The RTO decides. Nobody can honestly promise you a pass.
Fees, kept separate
Government fees are paid on the official portal. Our help charge is ₹500 per application, shown on our price list.
Steer Driving School never asks for extra money to "arrange" a licence or a test result. If anyone offers this, please do not pay.
