How an order works
From the first appointment to the day you collect, here is what happens.
Design & measurements
Bring your fabric and design photos. We measure you and note your fit preferences.
Order slip
Design, price and delivery date written down, with a small advance.
Trial fitting
Try it on before the final finishing; we adjust anything that needs it.
Collect
Pressed and ready. Small fixes after collection are free within 7 days.
Timelines
How long it takes
- Simple blouse or kurti: 4–5 days
- Designer blouse or suit: 7–10 days
- Bridal lehenga: 3–4 weeks, with two fittings
- Alterations: same day to 2 days
Festive and wedding seasons get busy. Please book bridal orders at least a month ahead.
Measurement tips
For a better fit
- Wear the innerwear you will wear with the outfit
- Bring a blouse or kurta that fits you well, if you have one
- Tell us if you prefer a snug or relaxed fit
- Can't visit? Send a well-fitting garment and we measure from it
