House rules
A few rules, so everyone has a good game
Short and sensible. Our staff can help with anything not covered here.
Age policy
Under 13s play with a parent or guardian present. Under 18s must leave by 9 pm unless an adult is with them.
Game ratings
We follow age ratings. Staff may ask for ID before setting up mature-rated games.
No betting
No gambling, betting or real-money wagers on matches inside the café.
Food & drink
Snacks and drinks stay at the snack tables. Only closed water bottles at stations.
Hygiene
Headsets, controllers, keyboards and mice are wiped down between every session.
Take breaks
Stand up, stretch and rest your eyes every hour. Water is free at the counter.
Respect the space
Play loud. Behave well.
- No abuse, harassment or hate speech, in person or on voice chat
- Do not install software or change PC settings
- Report any fault to staff straight away
- Deliberate damage is charged at repair cost
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside
Your game accounts are your responsibility. Always log out before you leave: PCs are reset at the end of each day, but staff cannot recover lost accounts or in-game items.
