Delivery & returns
Simple rules, written plainly. Edit this page to match your own policy.
Delivery
- Orders confirmed before 2 pm are delivered the same day in most of Your City; later orders the next working day.
- Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹99 applies.
- Long pipe bundles and heavy bulk loads may need a separate vehicle; we tell you the charge first.
- No deliveries on Sundays.
Payment & invoices
- Cash on delivery, or UPI to the ID shown after you order.
- A GST invoice comes with every order. Add your GST number in the order note.
Returns
- Unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days with the bill.
- Cut pipes, tinted paint and items made or ordered specially cannot be returned.
- If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it.
Warranty
- Taps, showers and valves carry the warranty stated on the product or bill. Bring the part and the bill to the store.
