Delivery & freshness

Same-day delivery

• Orders placed before 4 pm are delivered in Your City the same day, between 5 pm and 9 pm.
• Orders after 4 pm are delivered the next day, or at the date and time you write in the order note.
• Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹99 applies within city limits.
• Midnight and fixed-time deliveries can be arranged on WhatsApp for an extra charge.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: the recipient or you pay when the flowers arrive.
• UPI: pay to the UPI ID shown after you order and send us the screenshot.

Substitutions

• Flowers are seasonal. If a flower is unavailable we replace it with one of equal or higher value and similar colour.
• Tulips and other imported flowers need one day's notice.

Freshness & refunds

• If your flowers arrive damaged, send a photo within 6 hours of delivery and we will replace them.
• If the recipient is unavailable we call you; a second delivery attempt may be charged.
• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until we start making the bouquet.
