Before your visit

  • Bring dogs on a lead and cats in a carrier
  • Bring your pet's vaccination card and any old reports
  • For grooming, a short walk beforehand helps
  • Need to cancel? Let us know a few hours before

Pet emergency? We are not a 24-hour hospital. During opening hours, call us before you come so we can get ready. Outside our hours, please contact the nearest 24-hour veterinary hospital.
